摩登天空沈黎晖： 草莓，张曼玉，摇滚精神

在几乎所有人都在唱衰音乐行业的今天，摩登天空却逆势而上，成为内地规模最大的音
乐节运营机构。从濒临关门到绝地反弹，沈黎晖认为只是坚持了自己想做的事。他说，
摩登天空未来的竞争对手可能是阿里巴巴、腾讯和恒大这种级别的玩家。

Have a rental property outside of 99 in the market and it is pretty new with
good floor plan, in the middle of a great neighborhood and zoned to SLHS/
SLJH but it only attracted bad-credit (bankrupt, short-sale, etc.)
applicants so far. I have to admit I made a mistake buying this rental
property and also is debating if I should dump it. |

think there would be big difference in quality among these high schools. So
called better high schools are very competitive. College enrollment wise, I
don't think the college can differentiate these schools easily. Katy High
and Taylor were pretty good too. They are not schools that you have to
choose to avoid. Maybe your kids are less stressful there. But, all it all
