Interrupt is more of a hardware concept, and needs hardware support, but it
is a possible solution for extreme cases.
这个问题其实涉及到OS 的scheduler。 最好的practice是修改一下Kernel, 在送出
message的process的execute slot之内，主动悬挂，然后通知scheduler立即运行接受
message的那个process。
如果不修改Kernel，也要立即悬挂，希望scheduler能够选中那个正在等的process。否
则，当前process有10ms的time slot, 在第5ms送出message后不悬挂自己，那个
message最快也得再有5ms才能被处理。如果是股票交易，也许千万美金已经易手了，呵

For the last line of text, it should be left justified and no extra space

inserted between words.
这种题如果面试碰到，把题理解清楚都要花好久吧。。。。。。。。。有人真的在面试
的时候碰到类似的吗？面试官拿张纸给你还是口头描述？Text Justification 这个东

corresponding to insert, change, skip. Then continue matching, asl long as
any of these slots match continuously until end, return 1 other wise return
0.
I think it is hard to write clean code in a shot, too many boundaries. |

1. 楼主给至少15个移民律师打过电话，大概一半说可以，一半说不行。说不行的律师
大多提到了移民局最近的新规定新理解，就是10月之前的transfer不能exempt from
cap。而在2014年之前都是可以的。

不过 能说说 一般这些问题 怎么回答能过呢？
我觉得如果要用 锁 希望效率高 就要在每个slot上都有一个独立的锁
1. 如果有大量的写入新value，如何保证concurrency和efficiency 除了用每个
slot用独立一个锁 增大array size, 不要产生长linked list, 还能什么别的方法来效
率高呢？
2. 如果有大量的写入新key ：用很大的array, 减少冲突，减少expand的情况？
3. 如果有大量的写new key/删除new key 同上（感觉和上一个区别不大。。。）
4. 如果有大量的读和少量的写 ：用读写锁？
好像答的都差不多呢。。。 |

casino的slot machine有个功能就是：
charge to room...
每天可以charge <$3000.(每次up to $300.一共十次)
但是你在charge to room之后再cash out之前一定要至少在slot machine上面玩儿两下
。就是按两次键。譬如说每次4毛的那种玩儿两次。
用这种方法，成功的让carnival charge了我的citi card $10000.然后用cash out的方
法直接从cashier desk那里直接取现金，取出了$10000.
可惜是临上岸两天才发现这个功能。否则，就可以把LD的那张citi卡也给刷完了。。。。
只能下次坐船的时候才能继续刷了。。。 |
