Yesterday, I changed my address online after moving. In the evening, there
is a LUD on my 485 case.
Is that for the updating my address or the IO is actually looking at my
files?
Please give your opinions.

26号，也就是最后一次sLUD的时候已经clear的 |

不要太在意那个sLUD,我那个从4/26（infopass说是NC clear）后就没动，不管是FP完
，还是assigned IO，都没动静，直接就到5/26的LUD，放松些，该来的会来的 |

记得最好把证件带齐，我因为还没有EAD，非要看我的护照，驾照不行，看来这政府部
门之间还不相互认证件.
我是提前去的，结果去了二次，说了重要的理由，才很不情愿的给我打的。打完后两天
连续SLUD。现在在等。
主要是原本约定日子太远了,要到月底,我去看那里,更本就没有啥人,我和LP本来差一个
小时,接待的人很不高兴, 说啥你看医生能提前去吗? 当天非不行,给约了两天后的, 我
也只能赔笑说是在那天我有外出,时间不能改,还打出来给看. 心理其实想说,约医生,我
想选谁都行 ,看那个近就可以,你这我能选吗. 你这两人在闲得没事, 不想打,还非让我
再跑一次,而且我开始的申请被错误退件,白白耽误了一个多月. 结果两天后,两个人同
时打和照相,不到一刻钟就完了.完了后还给个服务评价卡,我看了想也不做恶人了, 都
好吧.可能这玩艺也没有人真看. |

发帖数: 189 | 25 很早就从众多的渠道听说绿卡，在自己办了之后才知道这是一件多么费时费钱费力费情
绪的事情。
其实费时费钱费力也都还好说，怎么说也是关于自己身份的大事，花点时间和力气都是
应该的，钱咱也花得心甘情愿，不是有个说法：能花钱办的事情，都不算难事。
费情绪的部分最难受，不确定（很强的case都会被拒）加上不公平(凭什么两个中心的
通过率不同呢，以至于大伙还要处心积虑的考虑efile vs. paper file;还有怎么有人
能1个月不到就批，而我的要1年半？如此种种，真让人心里气结得很）。纵观本版，能
够在这上面，神定气闲的人少之又少啊。大部分是连某天自己的case有个sLUD都要一再
到版上追问这意味着什么。本人也是俗人一个，去年夏天有两个月掉在这种情绪坑里，
成天察看更新（其实啥都没有），白白浪费了时间，啥都没干成。
在办理和等待绿卡的过程中，一直给自己鼓劲：努力搞科研，怎么也得熬到NIW的485批
的时候吧。我们家的规划是：如果我的EB1A失败了，就由LD接上，争取个tenure track
的机会，负责递交个EB1B什么的。
这次EB1A侥幸过关，最大的变化是我们对未来的规划完全变了样 |

supporting documents收到, 周三pp收到, 周四估计是你说的从收发大厅到IO办公室,

发帖数: 674 | 31 I did FP early this morning. In the late afternoon I saw a SLUD on 485 and
EAD. Tried to walk in twice before and was rejected so had to followed the
schedule. Did not figure out why they rejected me since there were no people
in the ASC center to do FP three times as I were there. I guess those
people just want to show their center is busy to their colleagues.

on 11/08, 11/09 and 11/10. 485 had SLUD 11/09 and 11/10. I received 11/14. |
