球队不一定要很有钱就能买了1-2个打击手，因为有俩就能插到LINE
UP
里面起作用。很多球队成绩不求太好，只求有几个SOSA这样的当门面
来卖球票，
正是因为他们把钱花在这些SLUGGER身上了，所以没钱买那些象样的P
ITCHER了，
你算算，一个球队多少个打手，多少个PITCHER，如果要想经济实惠
，当然是买
那些能攻能守的SLUGGER(我是说至少进攻时防守时都能参与，不是说
要样样具全)。
我想ML大部份队伍都属于这类型，除了那几个HIGH
PROFILE。看看YANKEE，METS，
建立他们的ROTATION和BULLPEN花了多少，也许一个两个RELIEVER不
值钱，但加在一起
就可能比打手贵多了。这才是真正的经济实力，他们不但有钱买比其
他队多的SLUGGER，

OPS的缘故是OPS本身是对slugger更为有利，其次已经有HR和RBI 的数据了。
OPS加上去只会使整个联赛更偏向slugger一方，我们固然不希望象Dave Roberts

的就是帕尔梅拉。 更重要的是， 其余几个都是power型的，
而帕尔梅拉的swing, 可以说和Griffy Jr的并论，都是当今league里最
flawless的。在我的眼里， 帕尔梅拉是算不上power hitter的。
再看他的career stat, 一个字: consistent. 连续9年HR在35个以上，又
没有late career HR surge.

伤兵满营疲惫不堪。
当年NL的MVP，dodgers的头号slugger kirt gibson受伤不能出场。
同时dodgers也无法按照原来的rotation让hershier投第一场。
首先出场主投的是二号starter tim belcher。
tim belcher还是个rookie,
不过LA向来有出top rookie的好习惯，
90年代曾经连续5年囊括rookie of the year,
92年是eric karros,后来依次是mike piazza,
raul mondesi, nomo, todd hollensworth。
belcher此人和giants的kurt reuter,
yankees的andy pettitte差不多，
没有dominating的投球，
ERA也很高，但是非常clutch,
总是能赢很多比赛，特别是关键的比赛。

根据tony la russa的“左右搭配，干活不累”原则，
在4号位上安排了一个左打，
就是qiaqia的偶像，当年pittsburg的强棒dave parker，
曾荣获NL的MVP，年近40，到As发挥余热。
不过当时AL和NL的差异挺大的，
一个球员转会到另一个league通常都有长长的适应期，
所以parker到As第一年的数字不是很好看，
他能打上cleanup的位置，还是沾他左手的光，
当然，他以前playoff的经验也是la russa所倚重的。
面对三大slugger，belcher有些手软，
flyout了parker,但是bash brothers都四球保送上垒了。
两人出局，三个垒上全有人，
belcher第一局就面临着被打爆的危险。
这时他的对手是另一个rookie,
As的捕手terry steinback。
Terry也是这一代As的中流砥柱，
攻守兼备型的catcher，long ball火力尤其另人称道，

这次跑到bleacher 区域，感觉气氛很热烈
周围的全部是年轻力壮球迷，说话分贝高不少，没有一句不带F的
几个哥们比着大声骂敌人的OF,不过估计那些OF一个赛季挺过来，也习惯了
我们那一片里面混进来几个WSOX的扇子，2-RUN HOMER之后喝彩被发现
于是大家利用局间休息时间纷纷向他们做出“鄙视你”的手势
每每YANKEES打出好球，大家都拍掌相庆，很有氛围
比赛过程激烈，YANKEE现在打线真的面目全非了，世界杯期间没怎么管住，回来又少了不
少旧面孔，大单元投了7句，不过感觉元不算DOMINATE,不让人放心，YANKEE现在的进攻真
是标准小球了
除了一个HOME,全部是一个个SINGLE出来的，实在不容易
8局上办，MO开始热身，然后慢慢走出牛棚，真有救世主的风范，可惜上来连续送了三个
HIT
让人提心吊胆了一把。
以后YANKEE路途不平坦呀，今天WSOX两个主要的SLUGGER没上场，感觉他们实力比我们强
还有RSOX,一场一场拼吧
