我不是神医护士，正经偶尔在ebay上卖个自己不需要的东西。
终于也遇到骗子了。
骗子收到货后说是10岁儿子买的，用paypal付钱的。要退。
我说好，退吧，按照合同来。
骗子dispute credit card，credit card就把钱还给他了。Paypal就把钱还给credit
card。
PayPal说在帮我向credit card company appeal.要我等75天。我没有耐心了。
因为以前打过很多small claim court的案子，非常喜欢美国这个小额法庭。几乎所有
case都赢了或者settle了，告过房东，手机公司，保险公司，等等。
我现在在想，这个案子，告谁比较好。

死老墨是前任房客，我是房东。
是这样的，这个老墨今年1月的时候说要搬家，我就叫他签一个notice说明2月1号搬走
。然后我2月2日就去看他搬走没，一看家具什么的都已搬走，邻居也说他们走了，关键
是他们也把钥匙留在屋里了。
然后我就愉快的换了锁。但是屋子也没打扫，有些垃圾也没清理，厕所墙上还长了黑黑
的霉，地毯什么的也破了，屋里臭臭的恶心死了。我心想你的deposit别想要回去了。
接着老墨就莫名其妙的打了个电话给我，说他2月1日要回去打扫房子但是lock out了。
放他的狗屁，瞎扯谈。我明明2月2日才换的锁，锁匠／handyman可以作证。
接着我就跟他解释说 你搞错了，但是这个老墨不知道是听不懂，还是不想懂，反正无
论我怎么解释就是不听。p.s老墨英语不咋地，也挺文盲的。

半年多的新车左前边被一个小动物撞坏，bump和左头灯需要更换。经人介绍，在一个姓
李的私人那里修理，把车第一次开过去给他看的时候，他说bump和车头灯都没有问题，
只是hood有些变形了旁边的缝缝他尽量修，再喷漆，要价450刀。我觉得价格厚道，就
决定放在那里修了。
过了几天给我打电话，李师傅说发现车的油漆很便宜，原来的价格减去120刀。我真是
大吃了一惊。
今天说修好了，可以去拿了，我过去一看，心花怒放，bump修的天衣无缝，比新的那边
还好。
我当时就说，要给他原来说好的450。可是李先生一个劲儿地要求降价到330。他说，本
来说好的330，一分钱不能加。
我和他你来我去的说了几句，他就像一个和尚似的反反复复：我不和你说了，我只收

这件事在坛子里挂了半年了，发这个帖，是希望给长期关注此事的热心人一个交代清楚。
简单总结
因为我们看了十来趟房，放走了她认为的好房子，原中介电话上决然愤然要求终止合同
然后双方付诸实施生效。等我们买了房，却来恶讨自己放弃的生意的佣金。之后最后小
成本在small court告我们。Hearing在六月，我们在dallas，最后买的房在allen的
twin creeks。我目前没有透露过这个中介的任何信息，但她在给法官信里说我帖了20

真的没见过这么不讲道理的房东，准备file small court了，一点经验都没有，不知道
麻烦不麻烦，要花多少钱？
房东一直不肯退还我们1000多的押金，他已经扣掉了500的清洁费用（他自己说不要我
们做清洁，做了也不算，他还要重做），还是扣着我们的1000多块钱不还，想尽了各种
理由，因为地毯和房间的清洁费他已经扣了，不能拿这个做借口，一开始先是说我们弄
脏了他客厅的墙，他要把所有房间的墙都刷一遍，这个费用$800要我们出，然后说主卧
室的closet的门拉起来滑动不顺畅，要修$250，一共1050，寄了个他自己写的帐单给我
们，这些钱刚好等于押金，所以他一分钱都不退了，我们给气坏了，打电话给他一直不
接，只好寄了一份很正式的信件给他（要求签名的），要他拿出证据证明我们弄脏了墙

lose, you pay the damage decided by judge plus the cost (around $50).
I don't believe losing a case in small claim court (assume you pay the
damage if you lose) will have any effect on your credit history, but I am
not 100% sure.
Based on what you said, I think you will probably win the case, if you have
both the move-in and move-out documents in hand. |

几个月前从HomeAdvisor上找了一个review还不错的附近town的一个
construction contractor做一些yard work和砍树，可是自称是4天的活
拖拉了几个月还没完成。砍树是他外包给一个朋友了，由于来得时间
短，都没有砍完，他答应以后再来砍。之后就是等town permit花了
近一个月，下雨耽误了几天。等可以正式开始干时contractor一般来
1-2人干1-2个小时，然后就不见影了，估计是他同时在别的地方干。

很想上small court和insurance dispute一下他们不付的expense
（主要是我把车从第一个body shop move去了另外一下更加可靠的body shop,但是第一
个body shop 我已经authorize 做estimate了），现在insurance不承担之间的tow fee
和第一个storgage fee，300美元左右，其实也能承受，但是我觉的有点lawsuit 的经
验挺好的，还有就是diminish value的价值还没有商定
，如果比我的底线要低的话，就一起高了，这个可是好几千美元。
车是3年新的车，撞的挺厉害，修车费就有7000美元。
废话那么多，我的问题是：如果法官还是判我承担300美元，也就是没有告成，对方

I have no exprience in CRO, but i guess their work is more on development,
