艾美有瞬间的发怔，弄不清楚麻将用“smartass”这么个词是表明他们的亲密无间，还
是多少包含了一点嫌恶她自以为是的聪明过头。有时她很迷惑，对于已经讨论订婚甚至
结婚的她和麻将来说，他们之间的亲密和理解到底是在什么程度？就像美国人喜欢在各
种问卷里要求答卷人在1到10之间选择一个数字，艾美常常自问：关于她和麻将的爱情
