但是据说“the card has to be active for at least 10 days and then they will
be able to issue a replacement card“，

有凸印的卡号才能划吧… |

发帖数: 2547 | 10 都不好，歐洲那死地方，很多時候不帶 Smartchip 的芯片都不讓用。要是荷蘭這樣的
國家，很多地方連信用卡的不能用，只能用 cash 和當地銀行帶密碼的 debit card。
當地管它叫 PIN |
