昨天晚上终于有了机会去RTP附近水平最高的local羽毛球俱乐部乐。
何smash兄约好，（他一般是7：30到），我想着先去偷窥观摩一下，所以大概是7：00
以前到了。
一进门，就看到远处的场地的远边的一个很高的，更是很帅的帅哥就停下来，向我走过
来，那一定是smash兄了（顺便说一下，我进门的时候上身是穿的一件很普通得sweater
,下面套了条运动长裤，脚上穿的是一双好些年的耐克的休闲鞋，手上拿得不是马鞭，
而是拎了一支球拍和一双球鞋）。握手寒暄后，果然是smash兄。非常热情地介绍情况
。在此感谢smash兄。
后来就有机会和smash兄搭档了。 由于看过smash兄的裸奔，对他的水平有个初步印象
。实战中，发现他的真实水平还要更高很多。和他配对非常舒服，就像他说的一样，几
乎不需要沟通。他的移动，跳杀加上他的身高非常的有威胁，让我暗自庆幸，没有站在
他的对立面（窃喜）。我觉得我是抱上了一条既高且粗的腿。 整个晚上打球非常舒畅。
非常值得人注意的的是smash熊大概打了两三年球，就已经到了现在的水准，让我不得不感慨，

pumpkins吧。应该算是个擦边球 - 97年,乐队的巡演键盘手Jonathan Melvoin嗑药而死
，鼓手Jimmy也吸毒过量失去意识，乐队因此而不得不把Jimmy暂时"开除"。从那以之后
，乐队开始走向低谷。不过，Jonathan Melvoin当时并非乐队的基本成员－算是勉强挖
个坟吧。才知道本版的南瓜头甚众，有冒犯的地方，还请多多包涵:)。
和摇滚界众多的传奇英雄相比，smashing pumpkins只是个小弟。1988年，乐队的灵魂
人物Billy Corgan (主音吉他)和日裔美国人James Iha (rhythm guitar)，贝斯手D'
arcy Wretzky，还有鼓手Jimmy Chamberlin于Chicago成立了smashing pumpkins。乐队
初期和中期的风格是alternative rock。1991年乐队发布了首张专辑“Gish”，并没有
什么太大的动静。所以，在乐队初创的时候，他们还经常靠给当时的大牌乐队暖场来生

发帖数: 2449 | 8 昨天和几个朋友去了smash city，正赶上Howard Bach & Halim Haryanto Ho Clinic。
后来Smash city 的人和他们打友谊赛，第一场是个老黑和一小伙子，那老黑杀球剧凶
，可对对手造不成任何威胁，球一般都被平抽回来或放网前，根本没有高点扣杀的机会
，没多久就败下阵来。后来又换上几对选手车轮大战，有一对还不错，颇打了些来回。
水平的差距表现明显呀！和高手打球，很少能在很舒服的位置打球，所以即便有些技术
也发挥不出来，就很容易败得很惨。 |

地好。 所以还想加点料。

老九当年刚到千橡树市，向市府和娱乐中心（recreation center）要羽毛球场地。结
果这帮老美竟然不知道什么是羽毛球。 老九还以为是自己英语发音不地道，写下来给
他们看，还是不知道，老九差点FT过去。 也难怪，千橡树市是白人的地方嘛。 后来，
连蒙带骗，软磨硬泡，动辄就拿出“俺也是纳税人”的理由，才要了一块免费场地。每
年地区篮球联赛时，羽毛球活动还会中断3个月。
就这样，坚持着，还每年定期举办比赛，加上有心人士的自愿组织和宣传。今年，当市
府看到如此多的中国人和其他亚洲国家的移民，每周聚在一起打球，终于意识到这股力
量。不仅，在地区篮球联赛时，单批了场地给羽毛球，而且把羽毛球俱乐部列为娱乐中

我们的比赛是在星期五晚上,第一轮不幸轮空. 第二轮碰到的一对混双,女的是D组的混双
冠军, 男的是一个帅帅的gg, (其实当时也没觉得他帅,第二天看球的时候再撞到才觉得
眼前一亮,hehe//shy). 第一局partner比较慢热,自己的主动失误比较多,丢分很快,大概
丢了六,七分了我们才回过神来. 我发现他们发球不太突我后场,所以接着我接发扑的比较
