虽然我是低手，见太多高手想拍死这种球死掉了
最好想办法回个角度调动对方，对方去救球，这样就基本上回来一个能smash的了，呵呵
或者看看能不能volley掉，不能smash能volley也很强大的，不需要任何力量，volley
一个不可能跑到的角度就行了，就算能跑到也让对方跑死造成下一个球完蛋 |

overhead smash，说实在的挺容易练的，找个球友给你送，练一筐两筐基本上3.0水平
的救球就能smash了，我自从练了一筐会了overhead以来，几乎每场比赛都能成功用个
两三次，关键时刻，提升士气，保证得分，实在为居家旅行之良品 :D |

再次重申在你这个级别只有下面两种情况之一:
1) 能够足以把你钉在铁丝网上的lob. 这种球是如此的高和慢，以至于你有足够时间
走过去不等球落地smash.
2) 其他所有情况。这种球均可以从容的等它落到舒服高度再打。 |

and smash, then you are the winner for sure.
BTW, I never judge ball speed by feeling, I have an
equation calculated by myself using net clearance and

比如上周那场有一分就印象太深了。打着打着，偶就陷入了被动，被对手approach到
反手。跑动中偶只好lob，但力量不够，又被smash。好在对手overhead能力不行，
smash的很软，于是偶又跑到正手侧继续lob. 就这样连搞了3次，对手不但没把偶扣死，
还失误了，打了个软绵绵的overhead直接朝偶这个方向。
偶满场乱跑救球终于得到了回报，机会终于到了，于是偶摆好架势wait for the ball，
调整grip，看准了方向，铆足了力气一记暴力正手穿越。方向非常好，角度稍微差点，
于是实现了很久以来第一次零弹触网。 |

smiths, U2,radiohead, suede, pulp, verve, teenage fanclub等有一大帮,smashing好
象主要是受英国的华丽摇滚的影响,加了些美国特有的grunge什么的,混在了一块儿.至于R
EM,美国的Alternative/College Rock,他们的音乐重在思想性上,而这一向是英国乐队的
特长.对了,跟REM同时期的美国乐队,比如pixies, pavement, 稍晚点的yo la tengo,
live, Beck等也算风格接近的乐队.

SMASH CITY其他人找最近的球馆，所以UBC开始挤
这种情况等５月BBC重新开张和ROSE LEI的球馆开张，应该会有所改变。。。 |

I bought almost every voltric range racquet. Voltric 70 is the most suitable
racquet for me. If you are looking for a powerful smash and also a fast
handling racquet, then VT70 is the answer, it is an all-around racquet which
is suitable for single or double. The weight on the head is not too much
like VT80 and VTZForce which will need extra power of your arm and wrist. I
think everyone can play with VT70 including intermediate players. I really
