scout，训练估计都是针对Smith。
结果今早突然说Smith没通过Clearance，首发替补QB。 而且，晚上的打法完全不一样
。 长传冲吊一大箩筐。 连Gruden都说好多plays都没见过。 狗熊显然被打得措手不及
。 另一边，三藩全场防死marshall，冲击狗熊的短板OL。
哈包还真不简单。 因材施教。对证下药。 Game plan 围绕自己球员的长处，针对对手
的弱点，而不是生搬硬套。 |

以为等到了吐气扬眉的机会，可没想这个教练根本就看不上自己，
宁愿首发只打过2场球的新人。
本来以四九的配置加A Smith，打SB机会很大了。
哈宝想培养新人大可以等到off season，何必中途换qb，
除非老早就等不及要换下A Smith了。
可怜 A Smith 在哈宝跟大白菜眉来眼去的时候，
还发扬风格，忍气吞声，忠诚的留在四九。 |

绿湾的龙哥是经战多年了，还是口袋QB。所以受伤的风险比较低。而且绿湾拿SB之后的
那年，夺冠希望很大。那是福林合同最后一年，是交易福林最好的时机。但是绿湾没有
，就是为了龙哥万一受伤，还能保住夺冠的一线希望。当然福林的trade value那时跟
Smith没法比，所以也没太大的赚头。
三藩的CK今年可是第一次打整个赛季，又是经验不足的read option QB。这个就比龙个
危险多了。今年三藩夺冠大热。如果条件允许的话，三藩应该是不原意Smith走的。但
是显然，former #1 pick肯定不象7轮秀福林那样愿意当替补。而且三藩over cap了，
没有富裕的空间。如果Smith愿意留下的话，价钱和cap space的问题我相信都有办法解
决的。从球队运作来看，这是make senses的。但从夺冠机会的角度看，是个危险的决
定。

来的医生，former ED director，很有经验。今年他们没有组织小班辅导，而是一对一
的面试辅导，同时面试的还有一位是来自中国但英文非常流利的组织者。Mock
interview持续了大概1个半小时，结束后Dr. Smith和组织者会对所回答的问题进行点
评，给出相应的回答策略，同时包括面试者的常见错误，这个对我很有帮助，让我从一
个美国医生的角度而不是自己所理解的角度去准备面试。这是我今年参加的第一个面试
辅导，很仓促，没准备好，很多问题回答的不到位，会后收到组织者发的录音，发现自
己的声音在录音里听起来问题多多，这个是自己平时没意识到的，也建议同学自己试试
录下自己的声音，然后好好感受下，再具体调整。跟录音一起收到的还有对面试的总结
和建议，整整三页半纸，很详尽，有些问题给出了进一步的建议，该在哪些方面收集更
多的资料等等，这是个意外的收获。对于在纽约的同学建议去参加一下，收费不贵。外
地的同学就根据自己的情况酌情吧。 |

中国国内而非新加坡（新加坡就好说了）。问了一下招行，他们说可以接受美元电汇，
但是汇款方不能是投资机构，否则可能无法入账（打的分行电话，那人也不是很确定，
准备晚上打客服电话问）。
请问有人试过在国外直接SWIFT电汇外币回国内吗？谢谢
ps:我汇款的方式是在smith barney的benifit access网站上设置currency wire instruction为我国内的招行帐户。

知组织这次爬山活动的美女thisnoon感冒未好，带病坚持组织，她们大为感动，严令我
要走在队伍最后面，方便照顾生病的同学。两位美女有令，哪里敢不遵从。我可以很自
豪地说，从上山到下山，我一直坚持走在队伍最后面，嘿嘿。
Smith Mountain 位于39Highway 以北，San Gabriel Wilderness 边界线， 附近就是著名的Crystal Lake.
出发没有多久，一位第一次和我一起爬山的美女鄙视这个trail太简单，不值得花时间
去爬，苦劝无果下，她先行下山等我们。
帅哥们表现都很好，尤其realman，打着一把黑伞飞一般奔驰在山路上。
我们11：30 出发， 12：45到达Smith Saddle吃饭。
午饭很丰盛很好吃， 有卤水牛肚，卤水鸭肉，卤水鸡翅，猪耳朵，三文治，水果有西
瓜，葡萄，苹果，橙。
最后0.5迈爬升不低，有点陡，我们兵分两路，一路选择登顶，一路在山腰树荫纳凉。
西瓜在山顶上是最好吃的， 不信你自己背一个。

周末开了几个小时，中午到达了Smith Rock，主要是参加人家举行的AAC Craggin'
classic的活动，晚上在Depot吃饭和看新出的攀岩电影。不过主要是攀岩。
话说第二次户外，indoor的话，我这个beginner只尝试到5.7，这次户外，都只在离营
地最近的Rope de Dope Rock玩。尝试了Rope De Dope crack (5.8)，到了一半的转折
点就放弃了，完成了North Slab Crack (5.5),再搞了搞旁边的how low you can go? (
5.7),基本上我这个酱油党的攀岩周末就此结束了。
园内都是攀岩的胜地，对上一次去还走了misery trail, 看了monkey face。 |

人。看到一条长长的队伍，不知就里的同伙就要赶去排队。俺开玩笑说是排队领救济，
果然回来的人报告是Salvation Army. 其实看看Seattle的Homeless，好像也很有style
，背着REI的防水背包，显得人很fit。
underground tour关门，看到一白色建筑，就是地图提到的Smith Tower有俯瞰Seattle
water front最好的观景台。 Smith tower是Seattle最早的摩天大厦，电梯依然是当
初的设计，要有穿制服的专人操纵，也算是一景。观景台的所在是电梯所到的最高层，
叫Chinese Room，房间里有古老的中式家具，地毯和彩色磁砖装饰的ceiling。房间四
周一圈窗户，窗户外一圈栏杆围绕，窗户和栏杆之间是一整圈的观景台。正对着大海方
向的窗下很醒目地放了一张椅子，如果椅子是对着窗户，正好坐着看风景，偏偏它是背
对大海，面朝房间内。我一边坐椅子上，一边还在想，咱中国这么古老的椅子摆在这么
显眼的位子，按照男尊女卑的规矩，恐怕是不许我 |

，请分享下情况，例如亚裔比例（特别是中国人比例），学校情况等等。
Blackwell这个学校在2015年全州小学排名忽然从40多名升到第一名，是学区重分配，
或者增加Quest program的原因么？
和Smith比较，哪个更适合中国小孩子？
