连BassProShop，TacklewareHouse的零买，搞了6条杆子，六个轮子，玩的是Down
Grade,基本倒贴了没多少钱，把装备翻新了一下。现在主打轮子是Quantum，Daiwa，杆
子是黑胡萝卜杆--我拿过得最轻的杆子（橘红色的也差不多，不能消化这颜色），
Quantum Smoke。卖好几年前的高级轮子，Daiwa TDZ,再把新轮子解体洗涤重新上油/腻
，我发现，尼玛所有的轮子内部结构都几乎一样，任何Low Profile Baitcast轮子我基
本上不用看图就能拆装。目前美国市场上卖的淡水上手轮分中国，韩国，日本，美国制
造。中国，韩国制造的牌子有Abu，Quantum，Okuma，Lews，BassProShop，Pfluger，

You may want to get an 80 grit sand paper and scour the pot if it's new and
unpolished, if you want to be 100% natural - use kosher salt. Your arms will
appreciate the sand paper--much faster and less work. Unpolished is common

0.5-1.0 mg/kg for adult human.
You absorb about 1mg of nicotine per cigarette. Assuming a person's body
mass is 75kg, he would have to smoke 75 cigarette in very short period of
time to reach 1mg/kg, 32 if you use the 0.5mg/kg limit. So unless someone
was performing a stunt by stuffing 2-3 packs of cigarettes into his mouth
and smoke it at the same time, smoking is NOT going to cause a lethal
overdose of nicotine.

臉上泥跡斑斑，曬得又黑又髒。一眼就看的出來他們一無所有，而在我們圣馬力諾，我

Please don't be so hard on them. They have to justify their existence or
they would be out of work. What I love is the incredible "spare the night"
orders when no smog can form at night. Wood smoke is one of Mother Natures
most natural particulates and is readily cleaned from the air. After all,
she's had several billion years to figure out how to do it. Wood smoke
particles are also some of the largest and readily expelled from the lungs(

以做了个巨简单的快餐 -- 西兰花鲑鱼卷，上来凑个数。
我用的是冰箱里现有的存货，baby broccoli and smoked salmon。其实大家可以变通
一点，用芦笋啊黄瓜啊都可以代替baby broccoli，用火鸡啊火腿啊都可以代替smoked
salmon，就那么个意思哈~
做法很简单：baby broccoli很嫩的，比大西兰花嫩点甜点好吃点，营养成分差别不大
，都是填肚子的好东西。蒸锅加水烧开，把小西兰花放进去2分钟就熟了，拿出来放凉
，如果赶时间的话可以在冷水里过一下沥干。smoked salmon卷上，挤点柠檬汁去腥即
可。
今天还吃了一个kiwi。smoked salmon 很咸的，配菜不用加盐，如果不吃水果的话，也
可以用其它盐少或没有盐的蔬菜代替。
好吧，我还喝了点白葡萄酒，大家别学我。

看这个版也有几年了，一直觉得这个版挺和谐，有很多有用的帖子。我一般不大记得住
ID, 能记住的有老刀，acne, teabao, Eric， 还有一个前版主（个人偶像：此人在IT
浪潮时下海做了码工，考板热时成功考板match, 不记得ID了，只记得他的头像是他女
