not with "easy".
You can say a girl is "smoking hot". That makes sense because "smoke" and "
hot" are connected.
It is a little bit stretch to connect "smoke" with "good". But there is a
theory that "smoking" does have some health benefit (believe it or not).
When you say "smoking good", it would imply some sarcasm.
I don't see connection between "smoke" and "easy". |

和大家share下第一次smoke经历，牛厨们轻拍。
one slice of King Salmon, two slice of Sockeye Salmon。小崔那拿的鱼。
1，修鱼去刺暂不提，化了我一晚上近5小时
2，买了N多设备，钱多多，暂不提。
照小崔上次开的单子，原版的处理时间太长了，领悟了下精髓，精简了一下。
3，照自己的口味改了下料，腌24小时，
4，冰箱阴干12小时
5，原版的要smoke7小时，改动了smoke过程，缩短为45分钟，开始时还当心smoke的时
间够不够，能不能透进去。
结果除了卖相不是太好以外，味道嘛，黄婆卖瓜一把，是真正的好，木头和调料的香味
全进去了，肉及鲜，吃一小块满嘴飘香，回味无穷。真想不到能smoke的这么好。LD和
娃娃们都很喜欢。
尝试了salmon的各种做法，so far，生鱼片和smoke最好。口感上，生鱼片King优于
Sockeye，smoke的话Sockeye优于King。 |

1. Dry salmon fillet with paper towel. Season each side of the salmon
generously with salt and sugar. Place in fridge for 12-18 hours.
2.Rinse salmon under cold water to remove extra seasoning. Dry with a paper
towel.
3. Combine liquid smoke with water in a bowl.
4. Soak the salmon in a liquid smoke mixture, it may not all be covered so
you would need to turn salmon once in a while. Keep salmon soaking for 6- 8
hours.

先是左转上个local限速六十迈的路，正好一个大上坡。
这种我都会狠加速提起速度。
就听到旁边一辆车排气管山响，原来是一辆改装的Cobra. 稍微跟他较了点劲但没使全
劲，最后他踩到底了才把我超过去。
下一个light正好我俩并排。感觉到他蠢蠢欲动，我也就决定比一把。好久没干这种事
了。
结果不管官方数据咋样，反正我的X5 diesel是把他smoke了，not even close, 听着他
震耳欲聋地加速，替他觉得挺没面子的。
也许diesel mid range的强劲他没意识到。 |

, 只是如果有的话可以降低homeowner insurance 的premium. 就是这个smoke
detector装的太高，我家的梯子跟本够不着换电池，就把它disable了， 有点担心
insurance 的coverage问题，在policy document也没发现相关描述，这里的同学有类
似情况的应该不少吧。

后来仔细读了说明， 才知道这Smoke Alarms有年头限制的。 这次趁着 50off 的机会
去 home depot 去买了 一盒五个（$52）， 把家里的都换上。 还缺一个。 明天还要
去买单个的。
这 stupid firex, 2001 年产的 4618a, 居然跟 现在产的 4618 不配套，挂天花板的
底坐， 接电源的三接口， 都不一样。 都要换。 那帮工程师真是脑袋灌水了。

两分钟后自己停止。没经验，在考虑以下几个办法，请问怎样是对的。
1.今晚准备用小吸尘器把它们吸一吸，如果是烟尘累积残留也许有帮助？
2.把它们换掉。不知是应该换电池的，还是还换连电线的。
2A)这个电线一般在电路板里有单独的开关控制吗？我们的电路板上没有标志每个开关
控制什么，怎样能确定哪个是smoke detector呢？
2B)换电池的和连电线的各有什么好处？自己换连电线的可行吗？（动手经验不多，但
比较仔细）

in 1的, 有電池的, 有hard wired...
Costco有賣內建長壽電池不必換的, 打折時可以買下來, 一啟動之後七八年不用換(一
個detector壽命也差不多就這樣). |

人家其他smoke alarm的warranty都很多年，他才两年，是不是容易坏才只有两年。这
东西这么贵，寿命不长的话，就不值得了。好处是看起来很modern的。传统smoke
