我拍娃最大的问题，就是当孩子看见相机，立刻会变成另外一副表情，很不自然。所以
我的策略是以远远长焦偷拍为主，跟LD配合。LD带这孩子玩，我远远埋伏好。LD跟娃娃
说，诶你们看那边是什么，然后指我的方向，娃一抬头我就照。这办法其实简单易行，
也不需要什么好镜头，我一开始用的是一个Quantaray 70-300 f/4-5.6,可能才$100左
右。用300长焦，景深小，大白天的1/500秒的快门都不成问题。如果经费不是很多的话
，走长焦路线容易拍出好的。拍好了，功劳要都给LD，你太会逗小孩了！有些时候我来
逗小孩，让LD拍。拍不好没关系，主要是镜头不给力，要是镜头再好点就好了。说不准
哪一天，LD就批准买个小白。我现在偷拍的利器，就是70-200， f/2.8 IS II

linux桌面提供了很多热键定制，很庞大，但是日常最常用的几个分屏操作还是没win10
优化的好。
倒是linux desktop effect多年前就超过了windows的显示特效，比如我很喜欢拖动窗
口时wobble那种变形、柔软、透明的效果，给死气沉沉的长方形窗口增加了一些调剂。 |

就是拿冰桶装一点液氮，然后把器官往里面“噗”地一丢，让它自己在里面冒烟到安静
为防止粘在冰桶上，形态会不好，有时就用个一般的钳子钳住等一会再松开（需要做
frozen section的时候才会）
但是如果就是做western blot
应该对形态要求没那么高吧 |
