觉 management level很多人很sneaky，（小气不说，特别不尊重员工，很多人见到人
根本不理睬），我害怕我一提辞职就把我开掉（现在opt，所以不想unemployed）。我
可以提前1周说吗？
另外如果我辞职，是不是我之前交给我的project什么的都基本上cancel了，还是我在
这2周内继续做完呢？从告诉要辞职到辞职那天，大家基本做什么？

感觉他们家的rent pricing很sneaky，可以变来变去
他们有一栋楼据说没有remodel，所以比较便宜
但我去看房发现那栋楼里碰到的几乎全都是老人
另外就是只看到了同一栋楼的空着的房间，没看到要搬进去的房间因为还住着人
跟他们签lease有问题么

今天背着我们去找我们的home mortgage office，商定了一个appraisal的日期，之后

错。这次头一次通过他卖房，他建议的listing price是446k，可两个多月了，他只拿
到一个>430的offer。买主比较sneaky，刚签contract两天，连deposit都没存，就出个
addendum来重新还价，我当然不同意，然后买主就发了cancellation. 我的agent从那
之后基本就说房子难卖啊，时机不好了等等，再也没有个像样的offer进来了。
我现在想listing agreement到期就不再续了，另找个agent再试试。这个可行吗？要特
别注意些什么？是不是至少要留所有检查报告，HOA document的copy. 这些报告都是通
过这个agent (他开的escrow)order的，当然是我付的钱。 |
