1.ALL bread with water for 2 weeks, no obvious improvement.
2.All apples and peaches with water for three weeks, some improvement, but
it change my odor to another one to make people around me cough and sneeze...
3.All egg white and lettuce, celery with water, some improvements,but I

So it is not just a unpleasant odor, it is some chemical that irritates one'

deadly.
from what i see, people get allergy medicine and then get severer symptom
and then take more medicine,and so on.
i haven't taken any medicine for three years since i started feeling allergy
. every spring my nose waters for several days and i sneeze several times in
the morning.however, after several days, i feel complete normal.
i feel good rest and exercise is helpful.

conservatively and stopped at near all rest stops to eat/drink. As a total

somebody else's apartment, in public, or anywhere I can possibly be blown
by cold or cool wind, I had to prepare napkin in hand in order to clean
after sneeze.
I went to see doctors because of this. Doctors said nobody was allergic to
cold or heat, but the temperature change could trigger your symptom. Then
what can I do? Doctors asked me to try different medicines and none of them
work well so far. |

are entirely caused by the (over)reaction of the body's immune system. In fact,
