今年还是不理想，前年的盛况不再。 去年冬天剪的枝，发现新枝上都没有花朵，花朵
全在老枝上。按网上的说法可以剪掉2/3，如果那样的话我今年可能一朵花都没有了。

的更多的是事情像Snowball一样往单一的方向发展，而且成几何级数一样的迅速放大。事情的结果就是好事会锦上添花，坏事就会万劫不复。
就拿人际关系来说，如果一旦感情生分了，容忍度就相应变差，以前视而不见的瑕疵就会变得不可回避，关系就会急转之下，恶性循环的结果就是迅速崩盘。

有时候生活会被一些random的事情改变。上个月去开会见到了一个中学时认识的朋友，
他大学就来了美国读书，后来到墙街工作，现在又回到学校读博士。没想到居然会在专

万锦市议会于上周一的会议上，通过由第四区市议员莫拉蒂(Carolina Moretti)、万锦市消防总长史鲁博(Bill Snowball)、万锦市附例执行部、垃圾管理部等多个部门成立的冬季泊车委员会所提交的报告。
防紧急服务车辆受阻
报告指出，在过去两年的冬天，万锦市的降雪量都高于平均，路旁的积雪加上停泊在路边的汽车，将街道的阔度减少，严重影响紧急服务车辆的行驶，特别是体积庞大的消防车。
报告建议，在11月15日至明年春季4月15日期间，禁止汽车停泊在双数门牌路旁，限制适用于所有没有无泊车限制的街道。现时，全市所有道路都禁止于凌晨2时30分至早晨6时之间停泊汽车，以方便紧急服务车辆及剷雪服务正常运作。
两周宽限期
