长岛今年经历了罕见的大雪：
住在长岛，冬天可以玩滑雪，夏天可以钓鱼，玩冲浪，话说我们单位就经常组织去滑雪
。。现在冬天即将过去，春天就要来临， 鱼也越来越近了。。。
我玩双板ski，已经十几年了，感觉ski先易后难， 现在NY附近的黑道都滑完了，没有
什么太多的挑战性了，感觉越来越难了，于是去年就开始尝试了单板snowboard ...
会ski再学单板就容易很多，snowboard 可以说是先难后易，我开始学单板的优势是基
本没有速度恐惧感，今年是越来越喜欢snowboard了：）

姐夫今天带着去滑雪，来自加州的同学——我，一看到雪那个兴奋啊。姐夫就趁机撺掇
，说snowboard比ski简单。后来姐才知道，上了大当了，NND。。。
总之是后来姐去snowboard，整个摔到西元前，摔倒屁股都成刨冰了，在冰雪中用自己
的体温画出各种美丽的几何图形。
姐夫呢，她自称是个初学者，称对snowboard和ski都木有经验，然后她华丽的站立着，
滑出各种优美线条，消失在轰雪中。
尼玛老娘就说，T都是骗子。
后来姐夫snowboard完，又去ski，滑呀滑呀，滑的可开心了。姐呢，依然站在她走后的
轰雪中，摔呀摔呀，摔的可开心了。。。。

发帖数: 3398 | 10 去年冬天决定从ski换到snowboard， 只来得及练习两次，练的左脚在前。
今年夏天买了snowboard。装binding的时候， 又查了资料， 觉得自己支撑脚是左脚，
所以应该右脚在前， 决定重新开始练右脚在前。
这个冬天去滑了两次， 练右脚在前。
现在左右脚都很不错， 能随时自由转换， 能分别用左脚或者右脚从黑道上走S形下来
， 绿道低速的时候， 左脚在前， 能跳10+厘米。
后来和一个滑snowboard的老手讨论， 说应该有劲的脚在后面， 我踢球， 用的右脚，
所以说不定那天又把binding改成右脚在后了。

楼主别听她的，snowboard就是帅！
我来针对性的回答一下。
1. snowboard开始难，后来容易。ski相反。
2.怕冷，Jacket买个带inuslation的。去sierrasnowboard.com, departmentofgoods.
com sierratradingpost.com找特价，评价好的。
3. 眼睛要买原价100以上的（打折之后经常也就50左右）。okely A frame 适合亚洲低
鼻梁。
4.先租是个好主意。初学者买便宜的twin的板，150一下的。
5. boots没啥好推荐的，自己试。park的boots鞋帮低一些软一些，big mountain帮要
高一些硬一些。
6. steepandcheap.com上这几天经常有头盔，不错。亚洲人头圆，一般都要large的，
你要去店里试一试。
另外，snowboard一开始摔屁股，手腕。所以买个impact short 和 wrist guard。
最后，其实qmc说的很全面，很到位，我就是想在这个版上多发展一些党员，不然经常

when I snowboard? :). Too bad I'm not snowboarding enough. I wish I had
infinite time and energy to do everything.
Yep, skis work better than splitboards in the BC. I have some snowboarder
friends who learned skiing just for that reason. Of course there are also
die hard split boarders out there too. They do not necessarily lag behind us
skiers in the BC, but they do have to work a lot harder, and they curse

发帖数: 17993 | 16 上周日Alta滑雪场本雪季结束，往后两周只在周末重开。在Alta雪季关闭日，
snowboarders被允许凭着Snowbird滑雪场的票从Alta的gate过去Alta参加派对。Alta滑
雪场平时只允许Skiers，一个雪季中，也只有这一天，Snowboarders可以从Snowbird到
隔壁的Alta去串门一起敲锣打鼓放焰火扭秧歌翻跟斗。
结束日有一个比赛。在山上圈出一大片，难度在单黑钻到无限制级别。有一条蘑菇
moguls线，有树林，几个跳台，其中一个跳台下还建了一个隧道，可以多人同时跳。穿
得各个时代，各个民族，各个人种，各个星球的都有，穿得多，穿得少的也有。自由表
演的绝大部分都拽，都比较拉风，跳一周，一周半，空翻两周，两周半。。。。。等等
，除了skiers，也有几个snowboarders，monoboarders。Skiers下蘑菇的也各显个性。
他们应该建两条并排的蘑菇mogul线，这样还可以来个双人蘑菇决斗。
关闭日的树林里还有好雪。
表演比赛结束，还有山顶的派对。派对可以在山顶待到日落之时，不过5点以后雪场工

发帖数: 138 | 22 今年东部的雪 一场一场的可真是大哇。
第一次滑雪是13年底12月28日新泽西的Mountain Creek，道具都在那里租。4个女生活
蹦乱跳的去了...我挑战了snowboard，当时想可以滑一整天呢，下午的时候可以和姐姐
换着滑。。。。上了个课，我和她们几个分开了，不过教练倒是好认真的教，但是
snowboard 实在是太累人了，1 摔了以后站不起来，2滑下去后 走不到高处去，只能一
次次的脱掉装备 3 高处滑下去控制不住，不会刹车，有点危险...下午的时候和姐姐换
着滑，简单的互相交代了下 该怎么使用。马马虎虎自学成才，不太会刹车，都是站到
高处后直接滑下去了。这样一来吧 ski和snowboard的都没学好，同时害了姐姐也没学
好。
第二次滑雪是上周六，在宾州。这次完全的不考虑snowboard了，朋友们选择去上课，
我和我姐因为有之前的自学功底，直接就上去ski了，最大的问题 还是不会刹车和拐弯
，姐姐学的比较快，捉摸了1个多小时就坐缆车上山了，她不放心我叫我原地乖乖再练
练拐弯。好吧，被嫌弃了~练了一会会，90后同来的妹妹叫住我一起上去，欧了，上就

snowboard的话,最后要买个保护pp的裤子穿在滑雪裤里面的,这样摔起来不疼.
其次,就是滑雪服,头盔,手套,滑雪镜.
其他的如果暂时不买,就先租,看看是喜欢ski还是snowboard,以后再慢慢置办齐全就好了 |

回归正题，大家有没有今年办了ski/snowboard的season pass的？或是想办但还没办的
呢？我在quincy，想问问有没有附近有兴趣的，这样可以一起car pool去。
基本的信息可以在mit的snowrider club上看到:http://snowriders.mit.edu/
$299 or $324一个season，基本上是从11点底到4月吧，无限制次数，无节假日限制（
意味着你在xristmas期间都可以去滑）。如果没有season pass的话，去ski/snowboard
一次的费用大概是:
Transportation: $40-80/car (去new hampshire or maine, 180-300 miles in
distance, 2.5-5 hrs driving).
Lift(就是指ski/snowboard的缆车): $60-80/day, ~$50/half day.
Equipment(就是指你的滑雪器材，可以租也可以自已先买）：~$20 each time or ~$

Snowboard is ok in most Colorado resorts, although we really want a
snowboard-only resort where ski is not allowed. kaka.
However, some resorts' terrain is not necessarily snowboard-friendly. Catwalk
is very long or even uphill, making your transit from one peak to another
very tough.
The A51 terrain park at Keystone is on the top list, fun to play with the
kickers, hips and jibs.
There would be a lot power at Colorado in March, and a lot fallen skiers to
ollie over. HAHA. |

发帖数: 1371 | 33 skier失策了，早知道真要动手的话，就应该趁snowboarder脱掉板之前把他摁在地上揍
，这个时候因为snowboarder两脚是绑在一起的，没有还手的能力，倒下就起不来了。
等snowboarder脱掉板以后，因为他的boot更接近于正常的鞋，所以他就占有灵活性的
优势了。这个时候skier除了快速逃跑（唯一一点优势）以外别无他法。 |

发帖数: 1371 | 34 我自己凭空分析一下，skier和snowboarder对战的相互优劣关系。
1、都穿着板，滑行过程中。
我认为skier比boarder有一定优势，毕竟有两个板，稳定性要好一点点，被干翻的可
能性小一点点。而且boarder总是出于一种非正常的别扭姿势，面对一侧，背对另一侧
，被攻击的空子太大。比方说视频里面skier一把就把boarder推倒了，而boarder若想
在行进过程中推倒skier就不那么容易了，还要冒一把扑空自己倒地的风险。更何况
skier有俩杆，戳人比较好使。
boarder也不是一无是处，倒地以后能够快速起身。不过这是被动的战略优势，不是战
术优势。
2、都穿着板，非滑行过程。
想动手的话，当然要赶紧的把板脱了。这个时候skier的最大优势就出来了，可以快速
脱板。snowboarder要脱板，不仅慢，而且需要坐下或者蹲下，恐怕还没来得及脱一只
脚就被skier摁在地上揍了。
3、如果一方脱了，一方没脱，那还打个毛啊，没脱板的一方赶紧往下滑逃跑吧。
4、都脱了板。
snowboarder有巨大的优势。一般徒手斗殴的主要招数－踢，skier很难使出来，更不要

took about 100 days to heal. Afterwards I stucked a pad over butt while
snowboarding, plus helmet, knee pads, and wrist pads.
I eventually stopped snowboarding because of too many bad falls. Much better
control on skis, and none of those pads are needed. |

我觉得女生还是先从ski开始，学好了再转snowboard。一般从ski开始学的人，对滑雪
的fundamental的理解比较好，滑的时间越长，进步越大。从snowboard开始的人，一般
都是滑得飞快，摔的特快，特狠的那种。 |

snowboard， 要带护膝，ski不需要。厚点的袜子，sports bra， 穿普通的如果肩带滑
落不好整理。 如果snowboard， 裤子最好有背带，否则腰部容易进雪， ski无所谓。
如果你的resort有游泳池啥的，带个游泳衣， 晚上雪场关门早，回去可以消遣一下哈。
创口贴红药水我从来没带过，也没有，呵呵，穿那么厚，摔倒用创口贴红药水不容易，
我去年snowboard的时候摔得青一块紫一块的，也没啥事 |

发帖数: 17993 | 49 去犹他前把snowboard送去打蜡了，今天上午去取了snowboard后去滑雪。到了滑雪场，
才发现买的3style的卡没在滑雪服里，出门前还特地拿了放桌上的。我只好走进办公室
说我的卡不是忘家里了就是丢了，三次的卡我已经用过两次了，心想不行我就买张票了。
结果人家居然就给了我一张lift票。后来回家一看，那卡没有条形码也没有名字，爱给
谁给谁。我下次要还去就把卡还给人家吧。
练了两小时snowboard，因为只在家吃了点水果，能量也消耗没了。我去买吃的，没带钱，
教训。我准备去车里取钱算了。结果人家就不收我的钱，白给我了，于是我吃了顿霸王餐。

发帖数: 61 | 50 在纽约两年多了，以前从来没有滑过雪，今年跟一帮也是从来没滑过的朋友，居然去滑
了四次，而且基本上把纽约附近的滑雪场转了一遍。有很多体会，也是第一次来这个版
，上来说说，希望大牛们多指点指点。
其实没滑之前就对滑雪一直很向往了，滑了一次以后，就真的喜欢上这项运动了。看了
很多版上的帖子，真羡慕大家都玩的那么好，而我对大家说的什么wedging, carving，
却一点也不知道。看了很多版上的movie clip，还有很多人跑去utah滑雪，真是很神往
啊，纽约附近好想没有这么好的雪场了。
第一次，thunder ridge。开始学snowboard，原因很简单，大家选的都是snowboard，
不想落单。不用说，上来第一课，就是摔跤，在beginner area摔了无数次。每次从
lift下来必摔。第一次玩snowboard感觉费劲，就连单脚固定在平地上蹚也很吃力。刚
开始的时候根本掌握不了平衡，只能直的往下冲，速度一块心里就害怕，然后就摔的人
仰马翻。觉得主要原因就因为没人教，大家也和我一样，都是自己摸索，然后分享一些
似通非通的体会和道理。心里面觉得要靠移动重心让板划出弧度转弯，但 |
