工资比我现在的高10%,但比我要的底线少, 聘用后在中国分公司呆的时间是75%,offer提出一半工资美国总部发,一半在中国分公司发.Benefit 比我现在的公司差很多. 在国内工作时提供房子住.据说是公司年底public.怎样要stock 要多少合适? 国内现在出差补助是什么标准？
很想要这个机会, 但觉的给的offer 不够我的要求.怎样争取更多的利益。 诚恳请教. |
