大概的经过是这样的：
加拿大车主Snowstorm今年3月31日开回家S90D新车一辆。
4月4日请他亲戚来观车发现副驾侧A柱底部有约两寸开裂。 上特斯拉车友网咨询并联系
当地特斯拉服务部门。
4月10日，Snowstorm跟特斯拉区域服务经理确认特斯拉讲给他重造一辆新车。由于特斯
拉车是先下单再造车，车主重配成100D并修改了一些配置。
6月29日，Snowstorm拿到新造的100D，并表示虽然他希望当初的缺陷没发生， 但整个
过程中特斯拉的服务部门都很专业很帮助。这件事解决得很完美。 他将继续强力支持

PA DMV authorizes local dealershop and tire store to do car inspection for
state title registration purpose (don't ask me why)
There are no symptom for my car. I hit curb once 6 years ago during a bloody
snowstorm. Maybe this is the reason.
Toyota also said brush worn and need to be replaced.
What do your guys think?
