1考试，match是不归路，要全身心投入，坚持。44%左右的match率。5月step1, 然后CS, 7月开始申请，9-12月什么时候考CK？其实，压力很大。1月份那到成绩，然后有了第一个interview（1/27，最后一天的interview）,准备好+运气好。运气是给有准备的，要准备到100%，去了，就一定要脱颖而出，让他马上决定要你。
2 申请，分数是众多条件之一。不是追求眼科，放射，病理，麻醉，这些热科，不用懊悔没有考到99，看whole package。CK一定考好，尤其社区医院看这个。如果CK不好，要考好step3. 推荐信，PS非常看重。7月初开始写一稿PS，自己写。回顾闪光点，可以用Q&A形式，看看怎么答。写好后，理一下，删节不重要，最后不超过800字，不超过2页。
其中要有篇幅谈临床，不要总讲research，因为你最终干的是临床，抓重点。尤其对于社区医院，更要把临床放重点，从头到尾谈他。可以让多人看，包括熟悉你的美国人，最后可以找commercial的改，主要是改语法，但是不要用太华丽的词，不然不像你写的。

。基于soap的ws比较常见于soa领域，而且支持复杂跨平台事务，这是rest所不具备的
，在soa领域rest很难做到复杂的api的自身描述，这也是soap的优势所在，rest更符合
网络精神，是因为他的stateless，rest在验证领域也有问题，不如soap支持的好，
soap有完整的signature支持协议，不过总的来说，各自在不同领域有优势，未来趋势
是rest，但是soap暂时有它的市场。 |

在soap water里，泡个10分钟，再用清水flush，然后用泵吹干。我懒，只洗过一次，
还没用soap water，也没泡，就用凉水flush了一下，能洗掉一些白点，但不彻底。可
能用warm soap water泡会效果更好

始是几粒几粒的长，总是没个消停的时候，我用酒精点，，网上看的茶树油，
neutrogena的去痘膏都用了，不但没好，还大面积爆发，全脸都是，有脓头，能挤出白
头，还红肿，也分不清是痘还是对neutrogena那个去痘膏过敏。我每天顶着烂脸去学校
，晚上回家接着用我的3-step及各种偏方，这么弄了一个多月，直到我同学都看不下去
了，问我怎么不去医院看看，我这才想起来去校医院。医生给我开了一点表面的消炎药
，让我用dove soap洗脸，说那个特别mild，不伤皮肤。我觉得dove太不上档次，就去
了sephora,一个年纪大的sales给我DDF洗面奶的小样，我拿回家洗了几天，痘有好转，
我赶快去买了一个正品，那时候好象是24刀，停用了clinque的前二步（二号水和mild
soap)，我的痘就慢慢下去了，有时候起几个，但没有那种大面积的了。我总结的是
soap和2号水太猛，我早晚都用，把皮肤的表层保护都伤害了，皮肤没有保护层就格外

SOAP就是医生写的Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan.
我们也要练习写的，其实也是重点写Plan，要列出主要治疗方案和alternative治疗方
案。和monitor,education.
我们写SOAP 要考试的，及其恐怖，给个case，2个小时内就要写好SOAP，临床的老师们
来批阅。
写SOAP很花时间啦，呵呵，我们一般都是要根据最新的guideline来写，写之前要看很
多的paper。

not the difference between SOAP and REST. Most people use either in
stateless way. SOAP provides some support in the spec for stateful requests.
But nothing stops you from building your custom plumbing in REST service
for stateful requests/responses.
Overall, stateful is an anti-pattern for scalability, but it's not the
reason you choose REST over SOAP. Because SOAP is usually stateless too. |

it a little using stiff brush.
After that, I used pressure washer to wash off the soap. It turned out that
I put
too much emphasis on removing the soap and didn't even clean the deck very
well.
So if you have pressure washer, you may even skip the soap.
Let it dry for a day. |

我觉得比较好的做法是soap洗干净，温水（这个好几个姐妹提到了，据我自己的观察，
我周围那些长皮肤病的都是水温太高...,绝对有correlation)，然后给他完全冲干净了
。然后什么都不擦。
我们家孩子也送幼儿园，差不多一个星期洗一到两次soap的样子。清水每天冲一下。偶
尔长湿疹的时候，就用soap（我们用的是aveeno的洗头的那种，好像说也能洗身上）把
长湿疹的地方洗干净，天天洗，冲干净之后让她自然干燥。一般三天就好。 |

疤，然后逐步减量。也可用药店的药膏先试一下，看能不能有用。
以后多注意，用CETAPHIL(我都快成它的托儿了)多抹，保持。有反复时，可适量抹
药店买的低浓度激素(0。5%-1。0%)，我女儿通常只需一天一次很薄的一点就好了。
几点注意事项:
1。不要多用激素，但也不要害怕用。有时候用一点儿，危害比任其破口要小多了。
2。用激素的话，切忌量大，切忌骤停，慢慢减少，从一天两次减到一次，然后两天
一次。。。
3。预防很重要，洗澡用温水，少用SOAP。我女儿一周才用一次SOAP。凡见水后(包
括洗脸)必用LOTION抹好，我们家一个月就用掉一大瓶。

需要总量100lb以上，正装和小样都只要13年批号的, 盒子必须完好无压痕. 倩碧封口
处需要封胶带的必须封. 不能按照要求打包的, 请不要出货给我, 谢谢了.

先贴打包要求:
1. 外箱必须用double wall, 比如HD heavy duty small, 木乃伊打包, 40磅左右. 箱
子费用可以报销.
2. 带皮的礼包可直接装箱, 只有瓤的礼包需要大箱套小箱.
3. 正装必须大箱套小箱, 内箱可用usps priority box, 12*12*5.5 和 12*12*8.
小箱与小箱之间的空隙请务必塞满填充物, 或用礼包塞紧.
液体必须确保瓶盖锁紧, 并且用bubble wrap包好再装箱.;
液体和有盒子的产品必须分开打包;
带盒子的产品一层一层铺好泡泡纸, 边角处额外照顾, 防止压变形.
4. 大箱上写好fedex单号, 防止丢失. 箱内要付上装箱清单.

这样，先不从dto说起了，说tiers
一个j2ee经典的tiers最早提出来的时候，是三层，所谓的三层说的是sever side三层
不包括client side和database
三层里面分别有一层专门跟以上两个东西打交道
一个是presentation tier，这个跟client side打交道
一个是persistent tier，这个专门跟database打交道
中间还剩下一个叫做business tier，这么三层，这都很熟悉了
那么当初提出这个构想的时候
是基于以下一个方式
client side是applet＋browser
presentation tier是servlet+jsp，servlet是controller，jsp是viewer
model需要你自己去提取，去包装
business tier则是ejb，尤其是session bean，stateful和stateless
persistent tier也是ejb，是entity bean
database用jdbc连接

SOAP最基本的目的就是要解决interoperability，和Corba一样的目的，让不同语言可
以通信。
比如C#和Java可以通信。后来就成了个remoting的手段，类似remote EJB interface。
再后来，许多需要remoting的系统都在soap之上建立规范，比如SAML for SSO，手机相
关的许多规范. Remote通信本身的要求也越来越多，security, transaction等等。结
果就是有了100个以上的规范了。
SOAP本身相对还算简单易学的。
