题。从初学开始到后来，法语发音一直会是很大的问题。这个问题也影响了通过法语过
来的词汇。比如，像t这样一个辅音字母在英语词汇的结尾也会不读音。

東京電力福島第一原発事故で放射性物質を放出した２号機について、核燃料の７割以
上が炉心から溶け落ちている可能性が高いとする解析結果を、名古屋大などのチーム
が２６日、大阪市であった日本物理学会で発表した。大気中を飛び交うミュー粒子と
いう素粒子を使ってＸ線のように原子炉を透視する手法で調べた。
原子炉を透視する調査の結果は東電などが１号機で３月に発表した例がある。名大
は昨年から東芝と共同で調査を開始。事故を免れた５号機との比較で、２号機の炉心
に核燃料がほぼ存在しないとの結果を得た。解析の誤差も考慮し、溶け落ちた核燃料
は７０～１００％の可能性が高いと結論づけた。落ちた核燃料がどこにあるかは確認
できていないという。

時ごろ、東電社員が増設工事中に、生きていた回線を誤って切断したという。１７日午
前０時半すぎに復旧した。
ただ、本店と福島第１の間は衛星回線でも結ばれており、放射能漏れの対応には支障

US and UK are both good. UK has higher tax rate than the US, but better soci
al welfare.
HK has huge investment in education. I always heard that their faculty has a
n affluent life. When comparing HK salary to that of US/UK, you also need to
consider price levels. Moreover, HK univs have many non-salary benefits (e.
g., pay for kids' education).
The drawback of HK is being far away from US academia. Publication is theref
ore harder.

你看看Top Journal上的文章，不要说比例，就是总量，香港/新加坡的也应该比英国的
多得多。
特别大概从10年前开始，管理研究的地域热点从日本转到中国（特别是OM的制造业）。
一些好的Journal都在搞中国Spcial Issue。从中国搞点Data，随便用用传统的方法就
可以发篇不错的paper。香港那么多文章，才几所大学呀？发文章从比例上来说，我感
觉香港比美国的大学都还有优势。
当然香港那么能发，关键还是大多数国家（包含英国）都不重视MBA，管理研究。

中国外储1.9T, 其中70％为美元相关。就算1.4T好了。美债0.7T,2房0.5T,剩下0.2T要
维持正常的贸易和货币互换，即使声称买，也买不了多少了。今年贸易顺差2月大幅下
降，今年能买0.2T的美债就不错了。
老美这边，商业银行和投行，目前的窟窿，众人估计，在3T~5T左右。如果不发生CDS和
IRS的进一步爆炸，就是这么多了。中国买0.2T,日本和海湾，平时一年也就是买0.2T,
算他们今年拼命救老美，买1T，还是不够。Fed至少要印2T，还不算海外抛售2房等机构
债的。
目前老美联邦债务，不算medical和security，差不多12T，加上完全挽救银行要至少3T
，国债至少15T.经济萎缩，gdp到底估计也就13T.联邦政府一年收入2T。如果通胀来了
，fed如果想学Paul volcker,利率不用升到20％，升到10％，15T的利息就能吃掉联邦
政府75%的收入。到时候财政赤字不但降不下来，只会继续滚雪球上升。ponzi scheme
