CBS新闻报导，优化平台SocialFlow分析川普执政百日内，超过300家主要媒体社交平台如推特、脸书及LinkedIn等的内容，整理川普上任后点击量最高的前500则信息，发现川普11岁小儿子巴伦（Barron Trump）在川普上任当天被社媒嘲讽的信息，点击量位居首位。
SocialFlow执行长安德森（Jim Anderson）告诉CBS新闻，令人欣慰的是，绝大多数网友对嘲讽巴伦的信息，不分党派或意识型态，都站出来捍卫巴伦的隐私权，呼吁社媒不要拿巴伦做文章。
