engineer的位子，问我要不要试，我就试了。
电面就挂了。我复习的时间非常短，当然之前学过算法，不然更悲剧。面试的人非常有
耐心。我非常紧张，他就给了我一些hint，但我后来想想其实他的hint已经是另外的题
了。我做了他给的另外的题后，他仍然要求我做第一个题，可是我就是没思路啊。
我个人觉得关键的题比leetcode的题要灵活。leetcode的题是基础啊。悲剧在我1遍都
没刷完。完全不熟，加上特别紧张。他说的题我不是特别懂，后来我想了想可以用多线
程去做。我有个project里有类型的程序，可是当时我怎么可能写的出来啊。而且我经
常写程序都是参考已有的改改。彻底的悲剧了。 |

softwear 都能handle 大计算量的。Obs真的大到一定程度，比如30-40million 除了C
或fortran, 任何software都不行。
你师兄说的很对，不过你还是可以去找你想进的公司的大牛或学术界的大牛问问。大牛

three residues. I need to know all the possible combinations of those 6
torsion angles that will satisfy the distances. We have insight II biopolymer
module in the lab. Any one knows how to write a log file to let the software
perform a conformation search and output all the results? Or if biopolymer
won't do the job, any other modules will do? Or even any other free softweare
that can do the job?
