发帖数: 4125 | 2 Sky light (especially the kind that can be opend) have multiple points it
can leak, solatube only have one point it can leak. So if everything else
being equal there is less chance for it to leak.
据说 is not a very dependable source, it can misguide the person asking the
questions, unless you can provide a hard proof or based on your own
experience.

can install a few light tubes in your house.
I have installed a few solar tube brand in my house to improve the lighting,
I am just amazed how much light they added. I have 2 10 inch one for the
hall way and 6 14 inch to my basement area in my home. I have also put in a
fiber optic back light in the tube for night time use (not bought from solar
tube)

发帖数: 4125 | 8 If you like more windows you can add this kind: Triple-glazed with Low-Solar-Gain
Low-E, Argon/Krypton Gas Insulated Vinyl or Fiberglass Frame.
Should not increase your cooling cost too much.
But if you only want to add light (not view), I would suggest you add a few
light tube. I have put in a few solartube brand for my hallway and basement,
but any brand should be about the same.

If your area was kind of dark during the day, this thing makes a night and
day difference, highly recommend. |

comment you made)?
Anything not installed correctly on your roof will leak.
Solar tube can go through attic area and much more energy efficient. |

发帖数: 4125 | 21 Yes, it does require careful design in my case, normally if you have a large
house the middle part is dark (such as long hall way), this will be the
perfect place to add one, inside area of a large kitchen can also benefit,
you can add one or two above each island.
Cost depend on the diameter and length of tubing required, and if you use
any back light option. When I built mine long time ago, the large one cost
around $200, the medium one cost around $150. Part of the cost is the
fiberglass back |

listing也removed几次了都没卖出去，就请agent去问问情况。
agent告诉我们这个房子现在有人想出offer,要我们立刻去看房，做个决定。
当时是晚上看的房子，室内完全翻新的，我们有点惊艳，就打算出价了。agent当时说
，不出asking price估计不行。我说太贵，请他看看CMA.
agent晚上就给出了一个稍微小于asking price的价格建议，我们就直接采纳了。offer
递上去以后，居然很快就被接受了。agent说原先要出offer的人因为过节延迟了，所以
让我们得逞了。我们很高兴，就开始弄escrow的事了。
这期间我向agent要disclosure...他装看不见，我问他一些我的concern,他也装看不见
，但是告诉我他和seller/agent(这seller自己就是agent)以及seller的inspector都认
识，聊过了，说房子质量很好，remodel做的很好，只是所有的remodel都没有permits
