size. For my binding, the heel part is adjustable to get precise sole length
. With boots on binding, when the pin behind heel part is flush in the

walking shoes are not made for tennis, tennis shoes have flatter out sole
for more traction. walking shoes' out soles are more curved for the
comfort of walking. |

Dance sneakers have rubber soles, therefore they won't work for standard,
since when you try to squeeze your feet together or when you try to do a
spin, those rubber soles will glue your feet to the floor and it could be
dangerous, but as a beginner when you only try to learn the step, then they
could be fine, but as you get more into technique, you won't be able to move
in dance sneakers
If you want to do both dances with one pair of shoes, the best way is just

鞋垫的英文是什么，就是接触脚底的地方，鞋底的英文又是什么，就是接触地面的地方。
所谓lining是指哪里地方？所谓sole是指哪里？
我的理解是，lining是接触脚底的地方和鞋子内部的“墙”，意见脚面的地方。sole就
是鞋子外底，接触地面的地方。
据版上的mm说一般鞋子内部都是皮的话就不会捂脚，那如果鞋垫是皮的，鞋内部的墙是
布的呢？toms就是这样的。。 |

，鞋跟有点弯，弯向脚掌，着地的地方比其他鞋更往前，这双鞋是我40多双高跟鞋里最
难走的，只能迈小碎步
而且水台要高是什么原理？降低后根和前根的高低difference吗？那你应该讲究相对高
度，而不是绝对高度，同样的相对高度的话，那还是没有水台的舒服，水台越高，就越
象踩高跷，越难掌握重心。。。当然，如果水台不怎么高，但水台起到了thicker and
more cushioned sole的作用，那也还是比薄薄一层sole要舒服的。 |

。便宜的，sole就是一层坚硬的塑料/橡胶，就指望防水台作为cusion，那高了自然就
舒服了。

首先即使按照这个数据，2009及2008的140足以让EB3ROW（包括EB3C）排期倒退至08年
（或09年初）。

根据我刚大致扫了一眼的一篇比较recent的review：“Recent Concepts in Feline

所以感觉长寿以及更多的medical care不能完全解释发病率
我的没有数据不负责任的point是，家猫发病率很大程度上是人为因素造成的，不见得
是猫自然选择进化的结果
