anyway, i think market down risk is greater than upward potential

根据图上有个买入信号，long JASO与Russell 2000， 同时适当数量short 其他那些支
。market neutral篮子就是这个样子的。规避一些风险。如果对行业，对个股有一套，
有独到眼光，且有胆识愿意承担大盘，行业，以及个股风险，那这个搞法就不适合了。 |

up yesterday.
I think the main point is that peole "think"
it's cheap.
WFR is a bit different. WFR has poly and wafer
business. For poly and wafers, WFR has both
electronic-grade and solar-grade. It's more
diversed.
LDK and SOL's current focus is on Wafer, which
looks like a sweet spot recently. That's why
GCL-poly wanted to expand into wafer business. |

I am definitely on the opposite side of you. SOLF did not perform that badly
(better than LDK), but the price dropped too much. Any stocks sold too
cheap after "downgrades" usually start to attract me.
More vertically integrated? That is another reason to buy. |

否则V 型反转可能性不大. 因为基本面已经变了. 这一溜里面, 如果
LONG 的话, 我觉得 SOLF 不错. TSL 可能也可以. |

发帖数: 572 | 14 三月份的ER 他们的业绩肯定是超级好的. 但是这个基本上分析师们
都已经预料到了. 但是会不会好的业绩出来后就大涨呢? 真的难说.
因为今后一年的 oversupply 基本上是看得见的了.
个人认为STP, TSL, CSIQ, SOLF, YGE 这五个比较靠谱. JASO, CSUN,
LDK, SOL 长期都比较危险.
我自己近期是不会再 long solar 了, 但我一向来都比较保守. 很多
人如果抢反弹时机把握的好, 照样赚钱. |

I agree with his sector outlook analysis, and I believe the weakened
fundamental is already priced in after the 30% sell-off (and it's already
overdone for some stocks). It's about time to buy now.
I don't know much about SOLF, but I think TSL is a buy and I just bought it.
Also I would put SOL to strong buy if the damn CIC-backed GCL-poly did not
enter the wafer business so aggressively. Today's explosive news is BYD' |

on valuation point of view.
It's no problem to be small cap, as long as you well manage the production
process and cost. Beging small fish may lose some benefits of scale of
economy, but according to my reading, I think SOLF is fine. TSL used to be a
small fish as well, but have been catching up quickly. This shows what ?
This shows cost (I really meant cost-quality trade-off) might be the only
most important factor in solar |

BTW...I bought LNG yesterday @5.91....after the non-payroll data was out today, I set a mkt order to sell it at the opening...I am glad I sold it...
But seems that Paulson & company are holding this company...take a look...it might be worth buying back |
