半年前申到一张American Express Gold Card，跟Premier Rewards Gold Card和
business Gold不同，现在跳这2张卡，算不算新用户？
给: solicited non-member来attract新用户的，我不附合terms。并没有说这个
promotion |

换个部门。
关卡不知道。
1月申请了那张普通的amex gold卡。
7月20号左右申请了primier gold rewards，之后2天申请了biz gold rewards。
前几天都达到消费要求了。
然后primier gold rewards发MR points definition，用的还是过期的5894，花500得
75K，印度女回信，立马到帐了。
大喜，第二天发同样的部门，match biz， code 6608.
悲剧，碰到印度男manager回复，杀手Jitendra Punjabi。说是对solicited non-Cardmembers的。
然后换MR points balance，收到美国mm回复说等账单出了honor 6608，让我到时候再
联系她们。这次应该成功了吧。可见solicited non-Cardmembers是托词？
上面3张卡分别注册了3个帐号，但是MR帐号是共用一个。 |

我还没来得及反应就有个警察说是根据 xxxx 条例要递补我, 我还没听清楚是啥条例, 就已经被送上警车. 我当时没有问, 一会后平静下来也猜到是怎么一回事

我一直保持沉默. 到了警局. 警察问我需要找翻译不, 我很怕被判罪, 但更怕丑事被更多人知道, 尤其是同胞知道, 所以拒绝了.
