According to Reid Cherlin, who was the White House spokesman on healthcare,
the easiest way to defend Obamacare would be to have passed single payer

，也不应该被彻底放纵，这条线划在哪？保守派大法官说，人民自决，自由派大法官说
，我来挽救大家。就如同这次HB2的判决观点。
事实上，德州妇女自始至终都可以流产，HB2改变的只是一个流产方便程度的问题。在
保守派看来，不应该让流产诊所和祖国电线杆上老军医广告那么普及。HB2法案就是干
这用途的，而且绝大部分条款在本次判决之后依旧成立。
再说一次，这是一个度的问题，绝大多数保守派的真正观点是人民自决。至于你说右派
要“农村保卫诚实“來推翻流产之类的，纯属想象。
另外，如果德州的HB2法律已经实施了，这个杀婴流产医生可能在杀婴之前就会被各种

发帖数: 144 | 49 给国内的朋友寄了个包裹，用的USPS。别的东西都到了，就是一盒西洋参不见了。今天
收到US Fish& WildLife Service 的一封信，大概意思是说属于违法行为，Failure to
comply with requirements for trading internationally in roots of American
ginseng. Specifically, attempt to export a CITES plant without the required
CITES export permit.
还说怀疑我有商业用途。也许是因为我写的是朋友工作单位的地址？？然后告诉我我可
以做的是：
1. abandon，填个abandon form 然后政府就没收我的西洋参
2. take no action， 规定期限没收到通知，三个礼拜后还是要没收
3. Petition for permission，我要交三份 notice requesting remission of the
