搞清楚了。比如那种抗氧化剂和体内那种自由基如何交换离子等等细节都出来了。这类期刊杂志很多。你可以
去查。不过学无止境，确实还有不少没有搞明白的，和其他学科一样。你提到的啃胡萝卜的事，确实单吃carots,
里面的胡萝卜素的bioavailability不高，原因是胡萝卜素和里面的一些成分结合不利于吸收，而且它是fat soluble,
没有fat吸收也不好，从biovailability来讲，最好是煮熟了和肉或者缴点油吃。鄙人在这个问题上有publication, 有

*人尿含有很多溶于水的营养（氮磷钾）相对于粪便
*人尿可以直接用，也可以加入到compost
*加入到compost里的尿可以提高温度，更好地杀死病原体和草籽
*健康人的尿比较粪便卫生，不吸引苍蝇，对很多致病源都不友好
*人尿即便有味道，也会很快消失。尤其是采用新鲜的，稀释的。
#注意不要过量施用。
