第一天：池子里居然没有noodle，只好拿两个塑料哑铃代替。我的慢动作理论失败，完
全没有感觉，偶尔能翻过来，鼻子会进水。两腿在水面上总往左歪。30分钟后黯然收场。
第二天：决定放弃flip turn，改做somersault。放假期间，偌大一个泳池，就我一个
人在水里翻跟头。沿着黑线从这头翻到那头，翻了应该不止200个跟头。不知道孙悟空
学筋斗云的时候翻了多少个。进步是鼻子不再进水了，缺点还是两腿出水后一起向左歪
。期间跟life guard说不好意思，就我一个人，你还得守着。guard说，that's okay.
it's part of the job.
第三天：延续上一次的策略，连续作somersault。数了一下，一趟过去做6个
somersault，最后一个flip turn转身。翻着翻着，发现可以翻直线了！这个完全没有
道理可言，就是不停的翻。多数时间又是我一个人占整个泳馆翻跟头！越翻越起劲，不
停得翻，前后大概70多分钟。期间有一段，翻7个跟头过来，再放松游过去，不知道有
没有翻到300个跟头。

你说的站着前滚翻如水是指做个somersault的动作吗？他经常闹着玩somersault入水，

i personally have never tried these. my son is learning right now but he
kind of goes sideways when he is able to turn. lots of times he can't make
the turn. what is wrong? weak stomach muscle? not tucked in tight? please

We did a 400 choice warm-up first. I tried to make sure "右手入水时右臂向前
，不偏中”。 还有一点抱水初期向下向外， 然后向后。 这样做的时候我能感到划水
轻松了好多，手出水之前手自然地触到大腿外侧（不知道对不对）。
Then it was time for the 12 minute swim. I swam around 540 yards (When I
touched the wall, it was 10 seconds passed 12 minutes). Not bad since I
woke up with a headache, probably due to lack of sleep.
The last 25 minutes of class was "learning something new". One lady and I

guard教了我十分钟，我总是翻到侧面，鼻子进水，各种不爽。
几个最基本的要点，按重要性排序：
1 一定要低头，就是拔兄说的收下巴。（当你翻了半个小时还各种难受，一个都翻不好
时，提醒自己，做人要humble，该低头一定要低头啊。）低头收膝成球，腹部用力！
2 双手拖后，GoSwim说来说去，用noodle诸多手段就是要你不用手且保持手拖后一直高
于身体。
3 flip turn太难，大家可以先做somersault做到轻松自如，要做到可以连续翻一直到
体力不支为止。
1，2两点真的是关键。 |

我娃淹不死。冬天时上过室内游泳课，老说冷，不愿去，不愿洗澡。我担心push得太狠
适得其反，就停了。现在每天主动要求去小区玩水，我打算旁敲侧击，先把streamline
和somersault给灌进去，貌似玩得还挺开心。 |
