现在我所在的学校有nursing, radiography or sonography 这三个专业，我今年没有
进入护士专业，被放入waiting list ， 这就意味着要想进入护士专业就得等到明年，
但现在我校新增加两个专业radiography和sonography。这两个专业我可以在秋季入学
，但是我对这两个专业不是很了解，我想知道这两个专业和护士专业相比较的优劣，我
个人比较偏好sonography，我非常的想了解这两个专业的就业前景如何，非常担心读完
了找不到工作。请知道的朋友能给些详细的建议和意见。

跟我说现在这个专业很难找工作，她已经做了十年，当年很好找工作的。主要是专业太
有限，只能做sono,而护士出来前景广得多。而且美国做sonography的人起点很低，和
这些人相处比较难，新手开始会受到很多排挤。当然这是她的经验，我自己毫无经验。 |

发帖数: 1100 | 7 怀孕6周，昨天突然出一大滴血。当时马上卧床，没有继续出血。大概4个小时后去了医
院，医生检查了HCG值和做了sonography。 医生说HCG高于正常范围，有可能是双胞胎
，但是我们两家都没有双胞胎的例子。sonography显示只能看到一个孕囊，里面看不到
baby。医生说可能是现在还太小。
我记得上次也是HCG值开始升得很高，后来到了7周多的时候就上下浮动，医生检查了两
次sonography都看不到baby，确认是空囊了就给我做了流产。
这次的情况跟上次太像了。好担心！如果两次流产，对以后再怀孕的影响肯定很大。而
且，两次空囊肯定是有原因的。万一是什么难以治愈的毛病，可怎么办？痛苦！！ |

单就超声来说，
普通超声 < 超声心动/血管超声 < 血管内超声（算介入一种）。

so early and already quite severe (at least according to the sonography) if
it were a simple ASD. at least now the parent know they should bring her to
someone who cares more about patients and pays more attention to details. it
could be something missed by the first hospital. until further studies are
done, don't know whether it's a surgically correctible issue or not (such as

findings that pulmonary artery pressure might be seriously off mark.
unfortunate for patients, many famous Chinese heart "experts"' understanding
of disease mechanism and hemodynamics is much worse than that of mine, and
i am not a heart specialist. if she was seen by a famous "expert" at Fuwai,
she'd better go to another hospital. there was a similar patient that i

dilated.
impression里描述：
1: interval development of mild right -sided pelvocaliectasis. Differential

2:small 60+ml postvoid residual
3:otherwise unchanged and within normal limits.

information. What are you expecting?
The bleeding after 1 month of D&C is different from that within a week.
However, if the bleeding causes anemia or cannot be controlled, the
management will be different.
If the patient really worry about it, she may start regular birth control
pill.

谨以此篇献给mismatch的老哥们们：
先借用我喜欢的文章做个开头：“每次睡不着觉的时候总喜欢站在窗前, 看着小区里的

you to enter the same program. But Medical Physicist resident is much
weaker. If you could not get >245 on both steps or your background is not
related to radiology at all, it is very hard though. If I were you, I would
probably find out if I like radiology from the bottom of your heart (not
just from lifestyle or materialistic standpoints). That is ultra-important.

候急了跟老公说，哎我上学那会儿怎么那么傻，不嫁个公民啊。玩笑归玩笑，还得耐心
点，希望老公能在三年内拿绿卡。
这个PROGRAM以及RADIOLOGIST的program都不在大学，而全部在社区大学（我们城市就
一所社区大学）。它不拿学位，是个一年的ADVANCED CERTIFICATE PROGRAM（我怀疑一
年能修完十几门课吗）， 要求已有本科或医学相关大专学位。号称有CAAHEP的五年认
证（这个不太明白，才五年？），学生毕业后即有资格考the examinations of
American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers and/or the Sonography
examination with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists。
关于以上信息，还请楼长看看，靠谱吗？
让我比较动心的是，我们这住了一年以上就交州内学费，四门先修课，加起来学费一共

本人,36了.老大4岁半,老二1岁多.
秋天想继续回学校完成我的本科.
在生小孩带小孩期间把本科CORE COURSE差不多都修了.因为一直不知读什么专业.
这么大年龄选择从本科读不明智的,但当时因为种种原因选择从本科开始读.
月底想继续回学校选课,但要确定专业了.
Radiologic Sicences
这个专业我们学校有五个方向可选择:
1,Cardiovascular/interventional science program
2,Nuclear Medicine Program
3,Radiation Therapy Program
4,Radiography Program
5,Sonography program
研究半天,想进第一个像版上的人讨论 ICVT 是不是一个专业?这个program 一次只招10
个学生.
版上有经验的人能不能说说以上5个方向情况.应该选择那个方向?
还有看了 craft的：谈谈X光技师的状况,现在真的毕业很难找工作吗??为了读个破书,
开了头也停不了.真不知应该不应该继续读我的本科.
真心求大家的建议....谢谢... |
