天时间清理，接着把房子租出去，返还我房子租出后的部分房租。我觉得这样也很合理
。房东还找了些人来看房子。
6月10日我按期交房。房东当时旅游去了，找了人代理。代理人指出我一些清洗不到
位的地方，我当时就照做了。他带了张move out的表，但他什么也没填。也没让我签
字。
6月24日我收到房东来信，说房子未能打扫干净，他要再打扫几天，估计月底才能出
租。6月底他会给我返还押金，或许还有部分房租credit
6月底我未收到房东任何押金。于是我写信给房东要押金，并告诉他依照法律，他要
14天内返还押金。他回信说我未清楚告知搬出日期，依照法律他不用退我押金。
我回信说，当时他同意我10日搬出。如果他不同意，我完全可以月底搬出。反正房
租我也交了。这样我6月6日通知他搬出，完全符合法律要求的20日标准。

I didn't find problem from 最后一段升调的第一句. Just tell me what you feel, I thought I might off pitch of the first several words, but not sure.

我原本是狗妈，狗是两年前ice storm的时候捡回家的。白天上班，狗子自己在家，怕
他无聊，所以和男朋友商量再领养只猫。比起狗来，男朋友更喜欢猫，所以一说就比我
还积极了。这个话题说了一阵子，终于决定今天去领养只猫猫回来。
猫猫回来我们不敢立刻让猫和狗见面，就先狗在living room里，猫在bedroom里面。猫
猫倒是不认生，跟我们回来兴高采烈的从carrier里面出来就开始purr了。端来水和猫
粮，立刻开始吃喝~
看猫不认生，我们就进行了下一步。我给狗上leash，让他俩见面了。狗子很高兴见猫
，小尾巴一只不停摇，猫猫倒是有点怯生生的。让他俩保持一定距离一个下午，猫猫终
于好一点了，我就把leash松了。松了之后，狗子就跑到猫猫前面闻来闻去。中间大概
狗子离太近，猫猫就用迅雷不及掩耳盗铃之势在狗子面前猫爪一挥，狗子胆小，就吓跑了。
