论talent，unc的替补在别的学校都是主力，talent足够了

大四，其实很多坐过一年球监，在其他学校叫作RS Sophomore 和 RS Junior
我们管第五年叫fifth year senior
所以其实我们队伍也没那么成熟。。。
首发防守DT是二年级，主要替补（前两天才刚被竞争下岗，剔除首发的）是true
freshman |

draft,今年肯定能够拿一个好的签位，做出这个决定对他来说绝对不容易。
现在Clemson的主力TE，RB全部回归，再加上伤好的WR Williams,当然还有新加入的5星
的#1RB新生，下个赛季真令人期待 |

能打主力的，估计也就1个吧。而Junior是当时换教练的那年的那个班，当时brown走了
，很多人decommit了，然后strong也没时间搞几个好球员，也没几个能打上主力的。所
以现在就要看接下来的sophomore strong的第一个招生班，以及这个新招生班中能有多
少个来之即战之的 |

发帖数: 8504 | 13 目前首发的俩一个是senior，一个是Junior，不过我前面提到了，俩人当年都是Walk-
on，因为Strong刚来的时候，踢掉了几个潜在的主力，然后看这俩表现还行，就提成首
发了，已经有两年的实战经验了，不过俩人速度都太慢了，俩赛季下来被爆无数次了，
虽然现在是高年级了，但完全指望不上。
现在排这俩后面的第一替补，一个是去年来的sophomore，当年是ESPN100，TOP5的
Safety，去年也打过不少比赛了，运动能力非常强，可惜站位貌似经常有问题，所以大
家期待他能把站位问题搞好的话，可以竞争一个首发位置，然后另外一个是true
freshman，16年招来的排第一的safety，运动能力和球商都比较高，大家看好他能在赛
季开始的时候捞点上场机会，积累点经验，然后下半赛季拿下另外一个首发。 |

论天赋资质应该是一般，当年至多是个三星高中生。先是去巴马当walk on，不知道里
面有啥故事，还请巴马扇子来给说说，一年转校去西岸的Oregon State, 替补了三场
比赛，回头随着麦克文上任又转校来了我鳄。
本来今年春训之前没人看好他上位，就觉得他也许更熟悉战术体系而已，从LSU那里挖
来的五星新生Feleipe Franks才是真命天子，再不济也有普渡转校生Appleby这个
proven的熟手可以。结果春赛上球二代微风八面各种牛B，而无论是Appleby或Franks都
花样吃翔，相形之下彻底被完爆。
正式赛季开始后，球二代顺理成章首发。第一场对刚升上甲A的马萨诸塞大学，全队梦
游的情况居然还有200多码的传球，两个TD，各种自信啊。第二场对上SEC对手炸鸡，居
然打出320码4TD的成绩，赛后各家媒体惊呼，上一次鳄鱼QB在SEC联盟比赛中交出这种
数据还要上溯到人类精华最后一年的毛人。
尤为可贵的是，球二代赛后各种会说话，竭力赞扬OL线人的表现，说i was not

们就很满意，如果Strong坚持下这一年，明年这些人都再成熟一年的话，我们的目标应
该是直指BIG12冠军了 |

至于球员天赋的事情，再有天赋，毕竟全都是大一大二的，如果答机有耐心，再给
Strong一年时间，那时候再下结论不迟，明年我们的首发和第一deep四十四个会回来三
十七个，大部分是现在的freshmen和sophomore，也就是Strong自己的头两个招生班，
到时候再拿不出成绩，炒他也就没话可说了 |

一件事情就是想去flip已经commit给红鸟的喇嘛。我当时查了喇嘛的各大招生网站评级
，只是一个三星高中生；我当时以为麦克文还真有够desperate的，三星的高中QB我大
佛州还不是俯首皆是。今年喇嘛开始在红鸟大显神威，尤其是把排名前十的FSU斩落马
下，我常想起这个名字。
麦克文miss掉喇嘛，失去了一个完全按照自己战术意愿量身定做的QB人选，开始观察我
鳄手里现有的QB。当时两个人选:在咆哮哥手下打了半年首发的true sophomore Treon
Harrison,以及红衫新生前年的全美第一高中QB Will Grier。前者虽有首发经验，运动
能力也不错能rush，手臂力量貌似也还成，某ESPN黑人解说嘉宾甚至认识他的deep
ball技术更强，但是身高不足1米80，简直是QB届的侏儒，完全是一个DB在客串QB；后
者技术更全面，能跑善投，更像是一个QB的标配，在麦克文悉心教导下，逐渐挤掉哈里
森的首发位置，在神奇的第四节击败不可一世的他田，以及接下来一周打败全国排名第

发帖数: 2155 | 19 16年2月份的时候巴盖夺冠赔率一度最高，高过巴马，门森，有米和河马。有米和河马
如果不是因为巴盖，都几乎是铁定进入季后赛。可见vegas还是挺靠谱的。大数据不是
盖的。
我在赛季开始之前也是蛮有信心的，不过很多巴盖球迷是cautiously optimistic。毕
竟太多new faces。
其实赛季的发展还是符合对新人的预期的，talent是有的，发挥是要过山车的。好的时
候感觉拿下巴马不在话下，差的时候3胜的msu都很难搞定。
现在球队最大的短板就是right Tackle Prince。所有巴盖球迷的目光都盯在他身上，
他自己也很清楚。Urban在presser上说：
Meyer has never seen a player work harder than right tackle Isaiah Prince
has the last two weeks: "Even on days off he's coming in here and getting
after it."
其实oline很不容易，打得好了球迷看不到，打得不好就千夫所指了。12场比赛10场发

COLORADO漂流继续.
我跟MOLLE说好, 明年(7月中)咱们活动第一个周末就上阿肯色, 还有GUNNISON GORGE,
都是经典精彩的III+(TOP 10 in US), 出大事可能性很小,从我得到的信息是比GAULEY
更精彩. 河的精彩不一定和难度成正比, 虽然是难度是一个因素.
还有两条河再规划中:COLORADO R(GLENWOOD SPRINGS), RIO GRANDE, 这四条可称的上
是全球最知名漂流二三十条的四条.
全是相当TECHNIQUE的III+ which could make everyone very high.
我们COLORADO的漂流从FRESHMAN走向sophomore.

brilliant self-driven person and the Indian guy is just you in the mirror.
On the other hand, maybe I am wrong, I guess you had a much better economic
situation than he does. The Indian undergraduate doesn't need pushing
parents because the environment is doing the job and you don't even know for

发帖数: 1283 | 33 出发的时候19F，热身2.5 miles之后集合，今天比较冷，来group run的都是比较
serious的人。几个track team的，还有5K PR15分，14分的，一共9个人一起跑16迈的
loop，经过boston marathon course的几个小上坡，也就是从newton fireman station
到heartbreak hill。前10迈聊着聊着就过去了，根本没感觉。到了newton hills几个
年轻人就加了点速，把我们的barefoot professor drop了。之后我跟一个以前一起跑
过trail的freshman，和一个sophomore，加速上heartbreak hill，凭感觉猜测应该是6
:50的样子。下坡时他俩继续加速，我也跟着push了一把，估计应该是6:40-6:30上下。
这样我跑到19迈多的地方跟他们告别，减速jogging回家，总共22迈。随便吃了点零食
，小睡一个多小时，感觉不错。到现在还没胃口，看来今天跑得出力了。 |

美国国脚DeAndre Yedlin之前进Akron之前就是Seattle Sounders U23，

出，很耀眼。
比如前两年的山东省队的杨娜，在密苏里州立大学打NCAA，一场24扣死。看照片，还有

实际上， 我原来也和Jewish girl 有过交往。
当年，俺在Harvard Summer School 上课时， 报名参加ballroom dance, 和一Cornell
的brunette Jewish girl 来了回电。
我们当时还跑到Charles River 上的 Bridge 上练习跳舞（那个去Allston's Harvard
Business School的前一个，人很少的桥），俩人脑袋上各带一个walkman, 插耳机（必
须同时开机）。。。。
超级浪漫。。。
整个夏天跑遍了Boston 的ballroom dance party. 我还记得她说她家住纽约的上东城
， e. 76th st, etc. 后来暑假结束， 她要回Cornell, 就不了了之了。。。
小丫头不错， super sweet and intelligent.
当时，我们都挺小的， 她好像是sophomore。。
