hamstring during the training this summer.
But, in the taper week, I started to feel
the sore. I don't know why. But I guess because the muscle had not been
recovered completely during the training and it was just hiding the sore until you have less workout.

有关，每个人具体情况不一样。 口腔溃疡(canker sores)和cold sores不一样，不具
有传染性。 cold sores我具体不清楚，很多就是嘴角那种。 canker sores是口腔内部
，包括舌头上。 一般口腔溃疡10-15天就可以痊愈，如果长时间不愈，就要考虑是其他
问题了， 比如什么乳头病毒或者什么疣之类的。
如果得了怎么办呢？
1， 淡的温的盐水漱口
2， 明矾覆盖伤处
3， 双氧水，一般买的是3%，口腔使用至少要稀释一般。 另外常用双氧水，容易口腔
内的其他菌群
4， 酸奶， 要那种plain的， 对我很管用的说
5， mouth washer：推荐uitimate essential mouthcare或者listerine
6， colgate orabase， 推荐paste， 不要买gel那种的

8， VB12， 液体的，含在口内，然后吞咽， 建议每天补充符合维生素B
9， 锌，这个对我很管用，但长期服用Zn容易造成Fe缺乏

我也是在网上看到别人说，我才去买了用的。很贵，一小点点就要
十几块钱。不过还好抹一次很局部，用得也少。Walmart就有。第一
次用的时候，cold sore已经出了好几天了，于是效果不明显。上次
感觉要出cold sore了（嘴唇下边某红点处有点涨得痒痒），赶紧拿
出abreva来，每几个小时抹一次。并且之后就是回中国的飞机，又
出去玩什么的，反正得着机会就抹。没发展成大面积的出水流脓结
疤。基本上四五天后就好了。

如果我是你，我会一开始就email联系director象她反映觉得老师有皮肤病，这样会留

说了，我女严重湿疹，皮肤老有伤口，绝对不能被人亲，我都不亲她，美国人嘴上最多
的就是cold sore，学名herpes virus 1。 老师后来还给我们道歉。
你现在还在犹豫要不要和director谈？赶快看医生，同时和director说觉得是老师传的
，要both当面谈和写邮件。

just some insight for new york bloggers and knick fans... my son had a sore
knee.... rested about a week... and then went back to play and during
warmups in a california state playoff game... broke his knee and it
shattered all over. It took him 8 months of grueling rehab to get back....
so advice, obviously lin's deal is more than just a sore knee... he was most

get dropped, just try not to be dropped next time.
if you have muscle sore, ease off a bit. ride slower or just take a day off
bike. or you can do something else (as cross training). also, warm up
properly every time. the muscle sore is basically microscopic tear of the
muscle. the sore is from the recovering process (also muscle growth). eat
some protein right after the ride is said to be helpful for recovery. |

The first day of training, this Monday, 6.7mi, very slow, 10min pace, abs/

Match的结果终于尘埃落定，周1等电邮的时候非常紧张，因为成败就在此了，虽然一直
告诉自己，今年只是热热身，成败都可以接受，但到真的揭晓的时候，还是很紧张，毕
竟一旦卷入其中就身不由己，何况自己也还是有所付出。到周4等match program的时候
虽然也有点紧张，但程度已经大大减少，1个原因是毕竟match上才是头等大事，去哪里
尚在其次，还有1个原因是心理还是有所准备了，虽然希望留在home school，但直觉告
诉我恐怕是非常困难了，在我rank list上第二位的program应该就是我要去的地方，果
不其然。经过几天的等待，发现果然是要搬家了。

时就有，但是可能症状比较轻， 没有治疗。最近几年变得bothersome，基本上每一两
分钟都会咳嗽一下。看过几个家庭医生，一个ENT，都是按照某种可能性（比如过敏，
Post-nasal drip）开药试一下，不行再换一种；其中一个庸医发现我TB阳性，就不管
咳嗽开始治TB阳性了（我的理解是阳性可能是小时候种过卡介苗的原因,一但测出阳性
就总是永远阳性不用再测了，以前上学和绿卡都测试并治疗过）。
你的症状1,2,3和我完完全全一样。干咳没有痰，睡觉和跑步时绝对不会咳嗽。第4点可
能也有，我偶尔也会感觉到喉咙突然很痒，但是不觉得和身体姿势有关。还有一个重要
的症状是我有很严重的canker sore，嘴唇很容易破点皮就发展成一个很大的溃疡，一
般都要几个星期才好。这种情况一年会有好几次。如果连续几天晚上熬夜的话出现
canker sore的可能性很大。还有一个症状就是早上起来嘴里总是有点苦涩的味道，但
是没有泛酸和烧心的感觉。
