是裂血口子才算。然后宝宝就特别不喜欢吃左边，每次都扭来扭去。泵的话也只能泵
1oz多，顶多2oz，还以为宝宝不吃所以产量小了呢。后来发现左胸有小硬块，继续天真
地以为是宝宝没有吸完所以奶还是硬的。前天宝宝饭量忽然变小，小硬块就变成了大硬
块，我还是没管，到昨天大硬块成了占半边乳房的硬块，并且疼，这才开始热敷和勤泵
，没什么效果。昨晚疼得没睡几个小时，半夜喂完奶拍咯的时候宝宝在怀里蹬了一下疼
得我直冒冷汗。今天早上发现硬块边缘开始有黄豆大小的颗粒了，只好去周日的walk-
in诊所，医生直接说是mastitis，开了抗生素（我还对青霉素过敏，开的另一种药），
并且让我堵奶的一边勤上热敷勤泵，泵出来的奶不要给孩子吃了，胸喂另一边。回来又
热敷+泵了1个小时，泵完当时舒服一些，过上几分钟就又疼上了，并且肿块也没有变小
，顶多没变大而已。
现在左胸还是很痛，更伤心的是不能保证孩子全母乳了，虽然小人儿（7周零2天）吃奶
瓶也没什么意见，但是我有点难过。也不能抱孩子了，孩子姥姥和老公要辛苦了。 |

是一部血泪史啊，以前没当妈真是以为衣服一掀，再容易不过的事情。大宝当时全母乳
了半年，期间种种堵奶发烧涨奶泵奶sore nipple的事迹就是轮着来的，奶头一度疼到
一提喂奶我就害怕，把大宝拎到胸前真是要拼命鼓励自己几秒钟，然后娃一口下去我能
疼得唧唧哇哇乱叫，比宫缩生孩子什么的疼多了，关键它周而复始每隔1-2小时就得面
对一次。
这次生老二吧我早就跟自己说，要是没奶就算了，省得疼了。lg也表示支持。生完二宝
插了导尿管七天，心情很抑郁，奶第五天才下来。一开始很少很少，又涨得很难受，那
时就动过断奶的念头。后来涨了几天奶终于通了，渐渐产量上去了。我开始猛喝汤，妈
妈茶什么的，效果也有，就是另一个极端，堵奶了。揉啊热敷啊让宝宝吸啊，几天才好
。中间因为导尿管拔完后停了抗生素，发炎了，上厕所又疼得要命，出现了发烧的症状
。那时又想断奶了，抱着二宝觉得都没力气。也是从那天开始，我把二宝抱到我们大床
开始cosleep，这样能躺着喂奶，不需要抱着。没过几天吧，sore nipple终于来了，因

你家孩子有herpes， 你都检测了，type (1),oral的，和cold sore的是同一种病毒，
这个病毒可以在四肢上发生的，不过很少罢了
你可以确定确定你家人是不是有人有cold sore，如果有，都不一定是campground传染的
这里方法就是用抗病毒药，Famvir, Zovirax, and Valtrex
一定不能让你家孩子把泡弄破，那个液体到哪里，然后就会感染的。一般1-2周dry out
了，结痂就好了。这个东西会很痒，如果他一直弄破，一直都不会好的。。。
帮他增加抵抗力，这个东西就算现在好了，以后还会复发 |

，就是麻醉剂。有的同时含消炎和麻醉成分。
你可以找oral pain reliever for canker and cold sores.
看成分：
benzalkonium chloride - 苯扎氯铵
洁尔灭：快速作用的表面消毒剂和去污剂，为白或黄白色厚凝胶或胶状块，能抗革兰阴
性和阳性菌
benzocaine - 苯佐卡因：用作局部麻醉剂
zinc chloride - 氯化锌： 消毒，防腐
只含benzocaine - 苯佐卡因的只能镇痛，如果孩子长牙时用给baby的含量小的。

bike ride. It was not serious and goes away in a day or two, but was a
bit alarming. In running my injuries are always on my right leg (right
knee, right shin...), but in cycling I only get soreness on my left leg.
Is it because my left leg is the driving leg somehow? Do I need to make
any adjustments?

Someone told me the logic is
ATP up -> hydrogen ions up -> too much and exceeds the threshold ->
trigger fatigue -> slow down ATP production
I am not sure of the part, "lactic acid does inhibit muscle
contraction."
I guess the argument might be, you feel sore muscle and fatigue because
hydrogen ions are generated too much and they are more than your body
can
handle. Meanwhile, this decreases your muscle pH too .

KB EXERCISE 的花样多， 但是不能看到好玩就做。
我觉得最好一个一个一段时间琢步引进， 如果有必要的话。
用KB 做 BP， SQ， DL 还是很好。使用起来还蛮灵活.
我现在还是以 BODYWEIGHT 为主， 逐步引进KB EXERCISE。
KB STRENGTH COACH 一般都主张多样性， 比如
MOBILITY AND FLEXIBILITY。
我最近很ENJOY 做这种 MOBILITY， 空手。 general guide line - 若果空手都做不好
， 就别加重做了。 而且也可以发现关节中的SORENESS 和MOVE 存在的弱点。
TENDON 酸跟 MUSCLE 酸还是不一样。比如， 关节转动和移动有响声， 那明显是 TENDON／LIGAMENT 有STRAIN 和 STIFF 了。 tendon soreness lasts longer.
