他们做得最多的是用sour cream做dressing或者dipping sauce。。。一般情况下是
sour cream+vinegar+salt+black pepper+lemon juice,然后略微打发。我用这个方法

冰箱里还有sour cream, 就它了！
材料：
黄油： 100 g
sour cream: 200 g
低粉： 100 g
鸡蛋： 8 个， 蛋黄蛋清分开
糖： 80 g
盐： 3 g
香草精： 5 g
柠檬汁： 5 g
步骤：
1，黄油隔热法化开，sour cream 也是用隔热法加温一些，稍温就好，用hand mix 打
匀，筛入面粉，蛋黄打匀。
2，蛋清加香草精，柠檬汁并分三次加糖打至中性发泡，并与1调拌均匀。
烤箱300华氏，预热，水浴法1小时就好。 |

有google 的存在后后面的热量表格也会如此茫然啊。

这个soure cream 就是酸的发酵的奶油。他是奶油只不过是发酵发酸的，而且如果不标
明是reduced fat就是脂肪含量挺高的奶制品。 估计同体积的热量是一般fat free
greek yogurt 的两倍多还不止吧。
lz每次那么SOUR CREAM：牛奶：蜂蜜=2：2：1的当ice cream ，如果牛奶是whole milk
应该和真的ice cream 热量差不多，当然了honey 号称是比糖好点的东西。
即使是一定要找代替ice cream 的东西，你这几天就吃完一罐子的话不是说您天天都得有ice cream 才行？ 这个几乎没有控制任何craving的感觉。

我的想法是把"western sour grapes"搞成流行语，在微博，媒体评论等地方谈到这个事
的时候都加上这个词。等这个词真正流行起来以后，下一步就是在wikipedia搞一个词条
，把这件事写进去，搞成西方媒体一个永久的笑料。

发帖数: 108 | 23 这个面包做起来稍微麻烦一些，不过一次烤一大个，存放时间挺长的，而且很有嚼头。
1，首先要提前做酵头（starter),一杯面粉＋一杯牛奶＋1/2 tsp yeast，在玻璃瓶里
混合搅均后，盖上保鲜膜，放在温暖处，3~5天就好了，有酸味出来就可以了。
2，做sponge，这步我用面包机，1/2 cup sour dough starter + 1 cup water + 1
tsp yeast + 1 cup flour, 混合后放温暖处，等到面糊开始不停冒泡就好了。
3，往sponge里加1/4cup水, 1/2 tbs salt，2 cups flour，这个加面粉不要一次全加
，每瓶酵头因为温度不同，稠稀程度不同，反正最后揉成一个较软的面团，整形后，表
面洒面粉放温暖处发酵到两倍大。
4，烤之前，面团上划十字，喷些水，在烤箱底放个加水的烤盆，450度烤25分钟，前5
分钟里往烤箱里喷3次水，然后转到400度，再烤10分钟。烤到表面金黄就可以了。
烤的时候很香，切的时候要等到冷却，吃的时候用烤箱再热一下，抹上butter，加上鱼
子，再加一杯咖啡，很好的早餐，或者配茄汁浓汤，cla |
