都是在Trade Joe买的，一种是Organic Whole Soybean Power,不太贵，1LB/罐大概$4.
99(现在已经没有这个品种了,替代它的是2LB/罐的Soybean Protein Power,$9.99),另
一种是Aria Women's Protein,12OZ/罐,$9.99。
Organic Whole Soybean Power的效果很好。当时老人情况已经很差，低蛋白导致下肢严重水
肿，服用后第三天就开始消肿，连主管医生都来询问吃了什么增加营养的好东东。
而且这2种蛋白粉的口味不难吃。Soybean Power有一点生黄豆的气味，是全素的，掺在牛奶中喝。Aria Women's Protein有几种口味，一般我买Vanilla的。
Whey Protein，它家的产品很擅长For Muscle的，而且很多品种都有掺加某些东东，每次看标签的配方表后总是心里嘀咕，没买过。

people believe the estrogen in soybeans would increase the risk of breast cancer
(simply because it's estrogen) while other people think not - their argument
is the estrogen in soybeans is plant estrogen which has a similiar
structure to animal estrogen (what you get for eating beef for example) but
just similiar and not the same. And of course there are many benefits for
eating soybeans.

生活在美国，如果你不想吃转基因食品，那也不是不可能，但还是有相当难度的。我本
人不是研究转基因的专家，但对转基因却非常关心。美国超市里有转基因食品上市了，
方舟子和崔永元又打起来了，这样的时候，我都要跑去看看热闹。美国政府在2015年初
批准转基因苹果（北极苹果）在美国上市之后，我过段时间就去超市转一圈，很想亲眼
看看转基因苹果是什么样子，但到目前我还没有见过转基因苹果，更没有吃过转基因苹
果。我等得都有点急了。现在中国国内有句讽刺人的话：你就是吃转基因的命，操转基
因的心！我还真是这样的人。

态，即肢体发生超常运动而患者失去了控制力。可见，转基因食品中的转基因毒素成分

Organic Whole Soybean Power 我还真只在Trade Joe看见和买到过.刚看了下产品标签
,是Trade Joe专卖(Dist.& Sold Exclusively By Trade Joe).
2个产品,看标签配方表就是 Soybean Power含各种营养成份(各类维生素等)更全面,单
位蛋白质含量更高,但它价格就是比Aria Women's Protein 低.
根据我家老人服用后的实际情况来看,Aria Women's Protein吃一阵后,血检胆固醇和血
脂会升高,而Soybean Power不会(估计是因为全素的原因).现在是2种定期更换着吃. |

再次提醒,Trade Joe里Organic Whole Soybean Power,1LB/罐的这个品种去年下半年起
就没有了,替代它的是2LB/罐的Soybean Protein Power,价格我那天记错了,是$12.99.
给这品种的外形拍了张照片,但没有找到回复中ATTCH上传附件的功能,就把它设置成我
的头象了.
现在这个2LB的体积比较大,大约23X15公分(CM),比原来1LB的大一倍,所以比较难以多带
.一般每次带Soybean Power 2罐+Aria 2罐.老人情况比较平稳的话就每天吃个1.5-2勺(
罐子里有),掺在牛奶或果汁里喝,2+2罐大约吃3-4个月吧. |

美国这个地方吧，什么都好，就是转基因食品太多！
生活在美国，如果你不想吃转基因食品，那也不是不可能，但还是有相当难度的。我本
人不是研究转基因的专家，但对转基因却非常关心。美国超市里有转基因食品上市了，
方舟子和崔永元又打起来了，这样的时候，我都要跑去看看热闹。美国政府在2015年初
批准转基因苹果（北极苹果）在美国上市之后，我过段时间就去超市转一圈，很想亲眼
看看转基因苹果是什么样子，但到目前我还没有见过转基因苹果，更没有吃过转基因苹
果。我等得都有点急了。现在中国国内有句讽刺人的话：你就是吃转基因的命，操转基
因的心！我还真是这样的人。
转基因食品是否安全？对这个问题，挺转派（主要是农业生物公司和很多学生物的人）
和反转派（主要是有机农业及部分追随者）争得不可开交。我个人认为，目前市场上的
