请问有最近急着要租房的吗？这里有个好的deal希望您能够考虑。
我们家现在住在Mirada小区，2B1B， 环境非常好，以前凡是来过我们家参加party的人
都觉得小区环境很棒。由于工作原因，我们现在要搬走，大概是在1月10号左右（可早
可晚，这个时间可以再商量）。小区的leasing office同意我们推荐朋友接着我们的房
子入住。但不是take 我们的lease。而是需要从新和小区签新的合同，以方便房子租约
中的名字换过来。租期您可以自由选择。小区会从我们那里扣钱帮您把房子打扫干净、
换地毯，保证您住进来的时候是焕然一新的。现在我们小区的市场价格是2000多美金一
个月，如果您愿意入住我们这个apartment，租金大概会维持在1700美金左右，真的是
非常划算的。我们家要搬走，很多家具带不走，我们可以免费赠送给您。我们家在这个
小区的位置是相当的好的（我当初也是花了功夫和时间挑出来的）。如果您有宠物、或
