第一步 买肉,一般用 pork spare rib 做，还有一种st louis style spare rib是前者
去除了裙边，更适合。这次backrib促销，就用backrib做了。
第二步 冲洗，去除背面的膜，沥水，后擦干
第三部 准备RUB，我常用这个，简单，效果也不错，盐:黑胡椒：paprika：白糖：红糖
=1:1:1:5:5
第四部 抹rub，抹完，肉肉非常性感，我喜欢腌过夜
第五步 起火，喜欢用 chimney starter,塞两团纸即可。
第六步 没有smoker，就用经典的weber one touch gold 22.5寸代替，左边一滩水，右
边一滩煤球。一滩水的
作用防止肉过干，铝盘还能接住滴下来的油脂。
第七步 架肉在水盘上方，1-2块肉直接放上去即可，离火6寸多。肉多的，不要直接叠

秘的，所以做了些功课，简单说，它们就是一个高级点的cashback website，cashback
额度比免费的网站(如Mrrebate，fatwallet)高，代价就是每个月有$12会员费。究竟值
不值，

这两个program是同家公司的产品，区别是，shopper有购物cash back,CS没有，其他都
一样。这两个program不是直接去网站注册一个会员的那种，最简单的去某网站(如
drugstore.com， Tigerdirect)下一单，付完钱后多数会给个连接页面，也就是邀请页
面，有可能是shopper，有可能是complete savings,拿到页面之后，可以cancel你的单
子，很不厚道哈。

已经用掉了，大妈没有spare tire可以换，anyway了。
大妈现在很sad,刚去了Big O Tire,店员说小事情，立刻给修。大妈还是很sad,昨天可
能实在太累了，开车都没能集中注意力。大妈的长辈带大妈去店里的，一路上和大妈说

谁都认为自己所选择的宗教门派才是正教，才是正道，才是真理。还没
见到天堂地狱，没见到佛陀上帝，就先信心满满，傲慢心比须陀山还大。
大多数宗教都有其闪光点，有导人向善的言论。可惜，不是每个人都能
领会教主最初的教导，发展到后来宗教间各种恶劣的行为甚至连战争也
出现了。也难怪圣经说，人是有罪的，罪人什么样的坏事不敢做？
天堂地狱我等肉眼凡胎的俗人无法看到，但是衡量宗教好坏有一个很简单
的方法：能教化人心，导人向善，宣传和平精神的宗教，是个对世界有益
的宗教。反之，哪怕套上名门正派的名堂和光环，哪怕信徒众多，要小心。
看下面这则新闻，我就想起孟子的一句话，而某些教派是反着做，宣传暴

发帖数: 17656 | 31 独立节聚会不吃烧烤，恐怕不算聚会。今天做了两道排骨，其中一道不是翠花排骨，也
不是无锡糖醋排骨，而是烤了一条纯正美国风味的香嫩多汁的烤排骨。
主要原料是 Pork Spare Ribs （烤肉季节，这条肉的价格砍疯了，呵呵）和 KRAFT ba
rbecue sauce （现在也非常便宜）
参照下面的视频把排骨去筋、肥肉；剔下留着脆骨、杂骨、边角肉待用。
看过这段视频也就知道不用 Baby Back Ribs，而用便宜的 Spare Ribs，照样能烤出嫩
美好味道的排骨。

抹少量盐糖蒜粉和 barbecue sauce，要充分按摩，不要忘记还有排骨的两侧，冰箱里放
了一个晚上；第二天烤箱预热375F，烤盘上放烤盘纸、切碎的两瓣蒜、半个洋葱，排骨
两面再一次抹barbecue sauce，放在烤盘上，注意排骨光滑一面朝下。
关键的一步，要用锡箔纸将烤盘严密封死，不要漏气，排骨在烤箱中连烤带蒸，这样肉
才酥软细嫩，香味汁水才不会流散烤干失去。

In CA, there is case law where the court employee controls the IP he created
in his spare time.
However, in a more recent case, the court reached opposite conclusion.
