有人认为剧情太磨叽，Starz是小台，Spartacus三集就把校长杀了，以后起义打仗的戏
预算估计不够。
Crixus是个很重要的角色，应该算主角，比起Spartacus，我估计更受女性观众喜欢。
我倒是十分期待Ilithyia和Spartacus这条线，估计故事越来越精彩了。 |

已经缺乏这种精神因而堕落。但愿王骊山能够唤醒这种美国精神，也许若干年后，王骊山

damn it, i got f**ked by this workout...
dumbbell deadlift （45lb）
其他都是用12 lb的 hex dumbbell （我们gym能找到的最重的hex）
背拉那个动作时一手一个35 lb的
单手的都是15 reps *2
双手的都是15 reps
组间休息比较短，大概一共20min做完
用heart rate monitor监控结果
19min 40s
max 190 （holy mother f**ker...)
avg 160
cal： 320！！！
然后又做了 10min 的core exercise
最后30min 烧了400多
下场，左小腿抽筋，左大腿有抽筋的感觉，spartacus最后 |

fit enough, although kettlebell seems to be a pretty good exercise, as for
Spartacus, I don't think you could say it is not even a warm up, it is 40
minutes long and I don't think you can finish it with ease in the correct

他的form大部分都不标准。他的swing,jerk,snatch, t-push up, dragon twist,
renegade row, 在KB中都有，有些本来就一开始是KB的动作。但整个range,强度都比kb
差的远。 你要能跟上newport,Spartacus的强度说是热身一点都不为过。当然没人用40
分钟热身。 |

据我个人理解，complex 和combo还是不同的。拿clean, jerk, overhead squat和sots
press来说吧，把每个动作做5个repeat,再接着做5个repeat下一个动作,是complex。
而combo是把4个动作连成一个。Complex 每个动作还都是重复的，还可以利用惯性，呼
吸也是有韵律的，它的基础和crossfit,p90x等一样，都是HIIT。Combo 是连续做不同
discipline的动作，每个动作都需要不同的肌群参与，需要身体全方位的素质来完成。
Clean-jerk-overhead squat-sots press combo, 由clean 的hip snap, 爆发力，到

最后一集，Spartacus没有让人失望，血与沙再次揭示了本剧的主题。Crixus拍动盾牌
，Spartacus
如天神一样就势凌空跃起，简直酷呆了，爽呆了，他此刻就是死神的化身。只不过
Crixus怒喊出kill
them all倒是意外，小高干子弟被捅成筛子也是大快人心。可能很多人跟我一样认为校
长夫人会留一
命，不过Crixus的怒火依然justified,不损光辉形象。显然编剧认为Ashur的才华还可
以发扬光大，
I second this.
结局的倒叙结构很不错，节奏控制的很好，but yet,没有令人失望而已， 我觉得最精
彩的还是12集，
尤其是行云流水的打斗，小强简直就是金庸的男主角，也为下一集暗示了什么叫kill
them all.
让我们祈祷男主角早日战胜癌症，开始第二季的拍摄。 |

最佳：24 和 Spartacus 并列
24这最后一季高潮迭起，荡气回肠，虽然还有不少问题没有交代清楚（估计是给电影埋
些伏笔），但是瑕不掩瑜，鲍小强的告别秀很给力
Spartacus，情节虽不曲折，但胜在场面震撼（掐架场面和OX场面），是俺等WSN喜闻乐
见的eye candy秀。
最烂：Nikita.
TNND实在是烂。情节烂，表演烂，除了Maggie的几套衣服出来还有点看挂历的味道，其
余惨不忍睹。 |
