odd if it is not...the thing in well shall be runon PCR products or
something genome or together with proteins stuff. or somtimes dirty wells...
virtually everytime I run into problem with plasmid PCR, the problems were
with plasmids...u can spat to plasmid PCR, it shall still work:)))
