蓝莓是个好东西啊! 尤其是野生种，拥有抗氧化的功能，可以减低癌症发生的机
会，还对于脑功能退化的抑制有强烈影响。
名医李时珍年轻时有患眼疾，偶感目涩，视物不清。后采药经鞑靼(今蒙古北部)
发现，根部生长在常年冰冻层中的蓝色浆果（蓝莓），对此有奇效,李时珍遂经常食用
，到晚年仍耳聪目明，告知当地鄂伦春族人：此物润目，多食无妨。鄂伦春人成为当今

致的交代,发现我信心不足沟通上有困难后变得非常焦躁开始质疑我的QUALITY, 不时问
