优化，谢谢！
在生产表面贴装元件的电路板的过程中，需要用回流焊炉子对板子进行加热，
让贴装元件与板子之间形成牢固的焊点。板子在炉子中穿过，因为金属焊接材
料的特性，需要经历一个缓慢加热再冷却的过程，才能形成良好的焊点，所以
炉子的不同区域要设置不同的温度。我们能控制的是炉子的温度和传送带的速
度，并不能控制板子的温度。通常来说，我们需要根据不同产品对炉子设置不
同的合适的温度曲线，让板子的峰值温度达到260度，在220度以上的时间大于
60秒。
现在我们通常的做法是依据我们使用的焊接材料，有一条基本的参考曲线，然
后根据我们的板子大小厚度，贴装的元件大小，板子的材料，使用的焊接材料
等等，进行很多次试验，最终得到一条相对理想的温度曲线。如果温度曲线不
理想，就会出现各种类型的生产缺陷。设置的曲线越理想，生产的板子可靠性
就会越好。
我的问题是，能不能在若干次试验收集的数据中，进行预测，更快的得到一个
温度曲线？目前有一种SPC的工具，我们把每次试验所测量到的板子温度和我
们设置的炉子温度输入它，它可以帮助预测 |

发帖数: 8 | 10 小弟msme， 学校里做的是dynamics, control and mechatronics 主要的都是
programming方面. 感觉3流学校的phd工作前景太渺茫， 又拼不过EE和CS里做control 人
， 过了qualify 以后就学了点CAD/CAE的东西，仗着力学基础扎实，就拿了硕士走了
mechanical design 这条路。 开始到现在跳了三次槽， package 从solid eade, pro/E,
solidworks, 到UG, ANSYS 也都玩过了。GDT，spc,啥的也搞了个八九不离。做的东西从
machine到electronics packaging. 但是总感觉东西做不深， 越来越象体力活， 设计这
个东西到后来就是个trade off，什么东西work不work全靠经验，活干到这份上，感觉很
boring 了。
现在很茫然，mba 里去读个technology managerment. 要么再去出钱读个牛校phd，EE,
BME,CS,或者还是ME. 选择很多， 但是不知道对mechanical design 背景 的跳哪个比较
好 |

Teva也是从小公司发展壮大的。别人的优势是什么？
首先他们技术做得好，他们的API做得别人不买都不行，有几个API,对partice size
portion有特别要求，就plantex能做出来。他们formulation也很强，比如像ursodiol
tablet这个药，所有的人都通不过biostudy，就teva能。
其次是以色列对patent根本不honor，所以teva早期东西是随便做随便卖，那些老欧洲
的却被SPC搞得焦头烂额。这个印度情况相似。印度公司能发展起来，也是因为在2005
年之前，他们根本不honor compound专利，所以大家随便在process上改改，就可以理
直气壮到处卖。而中国呢，为了跟国际接轨，虽然专利enforcement大家都知道怎么回
事，但是从90年代，compound专利就被承认，虽然偷偷摸摸乱搞得还是多如牛毛，但是
毕竟名不正言不顺，想大发展根本不可能。专利这个东西确实很重要，但是作为弱势的
一方，在资本积累得原始阶段就去跟西方搞fair play，那永远也玩不过人家，所以药

Yes, deactivate and delete/remove the E2 from FP, call Sprint and ask them
to change the PLBL flag to SPCS and add the IMEI onto the Sprint database (
if it's not already on the database). I would recommend call Sprint tech at
866-556-7310 (thanks The_Deal_R for posting that number) to do it because
not all regular Sprint reps know how to do it.

Forgot to answer this question “还有你如果是autocross新手但是车子改成这样子
了，就已经没啥竞争力可言啦，还是应该用原厂的，不过350z跑autocross本身也不是
很好，可能跑赛道会更适合。”
Let me tell you what mods I did and why I did that and what result I felt
from these mods.
- Supercharger. Came from previous owner, I want to do supercharger
anyway. Main reason is to learn the F/I car.
