之前用自由潜水加spear fishing,
别的海产捞了不少，但鱼总是打不上，
主要没有那种高级的带扳机的鱼枪，
就是一个梭标加皮筋，打不远，打不准。
但总觉得用枪打有点欺负鱼，但主要是买不起高级枪，所以坚持练习梭标，
终于逐渐掌握，这回开张了，
虽然只是条普通黑perch，但是个好的开始啊。 |

刚刚签了新的租约，上周末拿到钥匙，租约10月1号开始生效。新的unit是一个
condo community中的一间，属于个人所有，房东委派地产经纪人Rosaleen Spears管理
，这位经纪人隶属于Intero Real State，但是租约跟Intero没有任何关系。房东的联
系方式只有邮件，他说他现在在travel。
经过两次和她的接触，发现她是一个迟到、不承认错误、不道歉，难以沟通的人
， totally unprofessional。之前合同上写错我的名字(中间邮件要求更改，今天发的
新表格还是错的)，deliver钥匙迟到45分钟，面对我的提问极度不耐烦。迟到不道歉，
开头一句就质问我是不是占了指定的车位，我说我没停那，而且我根本不知道停车位号
码是多少。然后她说租约开始前的这段时间，我可以慢慢搬东西进去，但是风险由我自
己承担，她不想房东有麻烦。我说没问题，我也不想任何人有麻烦。没等我说完，她就
