闲来无事，还是受卓总一个帖子的启发，想和大家一起讨论一下你目前生活到现在这半
生曾经吃过的你认为最SPECIAL和难忘的东东， 好吃的家常菜咱就不在这说了，爱总的
出品已经个个精品，咱们主要说一些稀奇古怪的东东，也在灌水中丰富咱们大家的眼界
和见识，权当消遣。
我先开个头吧， 因为在广东生活了很久，确实见识了老广们在吃上敢为天下先的精神：
比较特别和记忆深刻的有：
1，甘蔗田里的吃甘蔗长大的老鼠，先别拍我，我那次也是上当，被一朋友开车带到一
个荒芜的农村，附近是大片的甘蔗地，在一个很不起眼的小饭庄，大家一群人吃打边炉
，就是咱们说的类似火锅的东东，里面已经焖好了奇香的肉和一些蒜苗，青菜，开了很
长时间的车，肚子早饿了，就一阵猛嚼，肉质细腻鲜美，边吃还边问朋友，说这是什么

some new Special Assessment Agency tax added and it's pretty high, about 6%
of my total property tax, e.g SJ Sewer SANI/STORM, SCVWD CLN SAFE CRKS, etc.
The most ironic item is SJ Library ASSMT fee included, but indeed our
community library hours get cut off.
This is ridiculously. The property value is going down but the property tax
bill raised up. Was there any notice before hand for the raise-up? Do they

比如specialized riubaix headtube 和 trek Emond一样高。 而 trek mondane最高。
specialized的allez就比较aggressive。
我感觉specialied的配件用的特别好，买了全车需要升级的不多 |

本来俺看见彩虹版这些乱七八糟的文章,除了拍砖嘲讽就是损人,后来看见这个感恩
节活动,JR帅哥奔礼物,又看见陆续几个朋友贴照片的,回想了一下自己,最有意义的无非
就是只收到过一次的礼物吧.于是写了封信给老爸,叫他帮我找一下这枚戒指并拍张照片
给我.第二天早上起来,老爸回邮件说: "是不是原来你奶奶手里戴的那个戒指？如果是
那在家里的如果不是那我就不知道啊！"..一时间又觉得如果他们找不到那也算了,反正
也都是过去久远的事情了...不知又过了一天,老爸突然间又来信了,说老妈找了一天,终
于找到了,并且给我附上了三张从不同角度拍摄的照片...不过此时此刻发贴子奔礼物的

甲亢药，每次半小片，一天两次
ibd或者lymphoma未确诊，但是药物一样
一种大圆片的，一天两次
一种大长片的，一天一次
所有药都需要切成小小块，不然吞不下去
昨天医生把药给我的时候
告诉我
吃了这个药，如果发现不是ibd而是lymphoma的话，chemo就不管用了。
唯一确诊lymphoma的办法是开肚子做biopsy
唯一彻底治疗lymphoma的办法是chemo
你确定咱们吃这个药？
我决定当ibd治
大花拉稀很多年了
医生也说症状更像ibd，而且如果是lymphoma，大花不用三年就挂了
还有我觉得chemo跟biopsy对一个古稀老猫来说都有点太严重了
几星期前的那个药没有用
还是拉肚子
这次的药如果还没用
就可以确定不是ibd了。。。

意外看到一个我感觉比较special的人。
他是不是那么special我不能100%肯定，因为我离他并不很近。
不过大概觉得是这么个情形。
他被安排了一辆车暂时过渡一下，
他要求跟他那辆车original型号original颜色都一样的车。
人家说original型号的车有，original颜色的也有；
但是，型号和颜色都original的，这种match的车，今天正巧没有。
貌似方圆XX mile以内，刚好今天都没有这样的match。
听着有点像麦兜的鱼丸粗面那个意思
（其实不该这么类比，但是我刚好联想到这碴儿了）
他的车是一个比较那个的颜色，奶白往微黄走，应该是orion silver
这个颜色不是很popular
人家就尝试问能不能接受一类似的颜色，比如白或银灰。
他说不能够，因为他看到这俩颜色会dizzy，可能会出accident云云。
人家又问，是你那颜色的但不是一型号的成不成？
他说他当时买车时试过所有的型号，只有这个型号能够让他觉得safe.
我觉得人家是没辙了，只能走付钱给他的路线了。
我个人认为，他是在拿这个那个做借口。

compiler is trying for fit your instantiation of a template class
declaration for the most suitable specialization without compilation error.
So if you are trying to instantiate Bar<1, func>, the compiler will find
case 2 instead of case 3 for you. The error for case 3 will be suppressed
silently unless the compiler could not find a fit for you. |

跟教师工资一样。
JUST FYI,美国有硕士学历的人群中，社会工作者薪水最低，比如COUNSELOR,我看到
一个SAN FRANCISCO的MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR才开工资3万的，又比如social worker，
又比如教师。在这里讨论工资是要让别的版的人笑话的...
至于special ed. 的 master好不好申请到奖学金，这个几率是跟其他教育系master
一样的，因为一般special ed.只是一个方向而已，都是下属于 Teacher Education这个
大系。
我以前申请的时候，投了8所学校，包括了U PENN.，都拿到了ADMISSION，最后拿到
一个3/4奖和一个半奖，咬咬牙就出来了。

慢的孩子。那些受特殊教育的孩子有些很聪明，很乖巧，当然很多slow和有行为障碍的
，但是他们不需要你的同情心，不需要你的特别护理。如果你希望做special ed
teacher, 还是先上学吧，对这个专业了解多一些，也许自己会有不同的看法。希望没
有让发贴的人感到hurt，只是不想让大家对这个专业的理解越来越偏。 |

在美国是受到特教法律的保护的。
首先我想跟你说你的孩子的老师的做法是不对的，如果有特殊需要的孩子在班上的话，
他/她是不能抱怨的，否则你可以FILE DISCRIMINATION。能够随班就读是所有孩子的权
利。另外这也反映出这个老师根本不理解她的DISABILITY，也没有SPECIAL EDUCATION
STAFF告诉她应该怎么办。你的女儿被REFER到学校的SPECIAL EDUCATION SERVICE了么？
第二，你的孩子已经6岁了，已经到了可以享受免费特殊教育服务(FAPE, Free and
Appropriate Public Education)的年龄。你完全不需要自己请THERAPIST。所有的公立
校区都有LICENSED SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGIST和SOCIAL WORKER，而THERAPY是包括在他们的
服务里面的。
第三，你的孩子需要有一个IEP，就是Individualized Education |

谁能给个大体的解释 如果去那学位 在Special Education这个方向 一般都是个什么概
念？ 比如读什么类型的课？需要做什么特殊的field work或者Project什么的？？
或者说 不读学位只拿certificate 什么的？？ |
