行清盘的过程中，发现这些导致他破产的租客仍然住在他的楼房里，激愤难当！他与这
些租客发生骂战，并升级到肢体冲突。事后，租霸恶人先告状，报警把房东送进了牢房
。可怜的房东，因为不懂租务法律，白白失去了心爱的房子，一生的积蓄也化为虚有，
还失去了做人的尊严。
这样的故事天天发生，华人业主的租务纠纷，让许多人倾家荡产。甜美的美国梦，有可
能一下子就掉进官非的深渊。这样的故事罄竹难书，令人心酸。三藩市的租务法律为何
到了这种不公平的地步？这要从其租务条例的简史说起。

But we can certainly guess why the NCAA is recommending it to the Division 1
Amateurism Cabinet.
According to the Associated Press, the NCAA is looking into broadening the
definition of what classifies as an agent to include family members and
other (hopefully) soon-to-be-specified third parties in an effort to close
the loophole that allowed Newton to remain eligible last December.

you need to submit “a letter from your insurance
company stating that you are covered abroad for
a minimum amount of 50,000 US$. The letter must
stipulate that the coverage is valid outside
the U.S, worldwide or overseas ("out of area"
is not acceptable) and must state that you are
covered for repatriation and urgent medical
attention and/or emergency hospitalization or death”.
My company insurance doesn’t cover “repatriation”.
