摆在温和派的共和党参议员有两条路：
1. 经过讨价还价，同意赵小兰老公的法案
2. 先repeal， 再replace
现在Trump威胁的是走方案2。如果真这么干，温和派的共和党参议员就立刻日子非常难
过了。关键是无法选择是否同意repeal这一步。
如果同意，那么回到2008状态，下一步replace保守派等得起。温和派连1的replace方
案都未必拿得到。如果对repeal投反对票，那温和派只有转成民主党这条路了。Arlen
Specter以前这么干过，什么下场，温和派也都知道。

民和其他族裔的移民代表又开始在国会山展开新一轮移民立法的游说活动。
10月1日一整天，来自移民团体“美国家庭联合会”（AFU）以及华人移民团体“合
法移民协会”（LIA）的15位成员会见了包括众院移民小组主席 Zoe Lofgren在内的16
名联邦议员或议员助手，向议员们表达了包括加快绿卡姓名检查、加快移民家庭团聚在
内的移民法改革诉求。
