后贸易赤字创新高，汇率贬值。里根，小布什都是这样，老布什是接了里根的双高赤字
的烂滩子，没有办法，只好征税，然后做了一届被选下去。
里根当年减少政府管制是好的，但是是个big spender，卡特运气不好，遇到石油危机
，Fed也没有经验，让通货膨胀这么厉害，可是起码在卡特时候政府赤字还不高，里根
一上台，就猛花钱，结果在他8年里面，美国赤字按指数增长，创新高，贸易赤字也创
新高，汇率大贬值，到了后期就顶不住，结果让日本人疯狂了一阵。老布什上台没有办
法，看到这么高的赤字，只好加税。
小布什也一样，是个big spender，把Clinton赚得钱全花光，现在又是双高，财政赤字
和贸易赤字高的离谱，美元也贬值，现在还要增加负债规模救华尔街，下个总统接这么
个烂摊子，如果McCain上台，一定按照小布什这么做，结果双高更厉害，政府都要破产
了，美元狂贬值，估计做一届就会完蛋的。如果Obama上台，十有八九会增税，把赤字
降下来，这样贸易赤字也下来，美元会升值，不过一定被共和党骂征税，靠，也不想想
