DOS dilemma in the coming month
1. DOS has to rely on demand data to set PD for VB.
2. DOS wishes to have some inventory, as EB2I consume about 15K-30K per year
3. According to law, they can not move it fast after Sept 2011, as there
will be visible demand > 2800 EB2I supply.
4. They will have to stay pretty much around the last PD in 2011 (Sept 2011
PD).

months, but this is not hard to assume the second 6 months rate to be 0.
take the number / 2 is the WORST CASE and it is 2.51% APY.
I dont need to be God to know the WORST CASE. But God would know the rate
for the second 6 months.

他写的Petition Letter短小精悍，总共12页，大篇幅阐述Contribution，
主要是引用推荐信里的内容，但是段落的衔接以及用词都很恰当。PL里面没有任何

今天收到短信以及Email，被告知I-140 Approved on Spet 1. 希望不是乌龙。
RD 5/12, AD 9/1. non PP, no RFE. 果然TSC在九月份将处理时间缩短
到了4个月， 至少对我是如此。

发帖数: 2248 | 11 因为小弟EB1A是5月底6月初file的，所以半年多来随访了5月24-6月7递交TSC的155个的
I-140 cases（Immigrant petition for alien worker but could be EB1, 2 or 3)。
截至2012年1月25日，发现155个案件中有19个(12.3%) 虽已过去7多月了还是pending，
有97个（62.6%）已获批准，有1个withdraw和2个案件被拒。剩下的36个(23.2%) cases
是RFE，这其中13个approved after RFE，10个denied after RFE，3个withdrawn
after RFE，10个已递交或正准备回复中。
如果你对timetable和RFE处理速度感兴趣，下面是详细列表。(note:A- approved, D-
Denied, W-withdrawn, R-RFE，空白代表acceptance or initial review)。
希望里面能有些有用的信息。

approval you case, then it doensn't matter. otherwise whoever gets into the
door first is always has advatage.
for example if set india May cut-off to 12/1/2006, set China Spet cut-ff to
12/1/2006, by 9/30, all indian may get approved in the 150 days, but how
many Chinese can be processed in 30 days? may be by 9/5, all yearly quota
used out.
