现在DFM仍然是主要在Physical Design这个层上做，与litho相关的东西最多，可能
实用性大一些，可以看一些近些年来SPIE的文章。
litho-friendly routing的可以找David Pan的
RADAR: RET-aware detailed routing using fast lithography simulations

希望参考文献在文档中显示为[1-4]，而不是[1,2,3,4]
试了几种style, 包括 spie, asme, aiaa都不行
如果用aps的style，就会显示作者名和年份，而不是数字
不知道我所希望的功能如何实现，还是report格式根本就不能实现[1-4]这种方式显示
的参考文献？ |
